The Amazing Race's Carson and Jack are one of the finalist teams on the show. Upcoming episodes of the CBS show will determine which teams will be moving forward toward the finale.

Carson and Jack's fans might know about the duo's YouTube channel, Dweeb Wars with Carson & Jack. On May 5, 2025, they talked about The Amazing Race Season 37 Episode 9, and how far they have come.

While recalling various challenges from the show, Carson and Jack talked about how much they both have changed. When Carson mentioned their fight in Rome, Carson added:

"It never came up again, but we were talking about it a lot in our audition and stuff like that. And honestly, this is a moment to reflect, Jack, about how much we've changed over the years. Like, the thing is, it was about navigation in a foreign country. But really, at the heart of it, it wasn't really about the navigation."

The Amazing Race Season 37's Carson and Jack open up about them taking the "leisurely stroll" instead of the fastest route, and more

During Jack and Carson's recent podcast episode, the duo talked about various things while recalling their journey on the show. The May 5, 2025, episode featured the duo reflecting on their journey and everything that they did throughout the ninth episode of The Amazing Race Season 37.

"I got us lost, theoretically, and we would have been late. But that's my thing...was like, I didn't care to be on time as long as we were taking a lovely leisurely stroll, right? Like, I'm here to take it all in. I don't need to take the fastest route. Now, on The Amazing Race, obviously that's different," said Jack.

He added that they both have "changed" a lot since then. Listening to Jack, Carson replied, he also wanted to be in control of his fantasy. However, they didn't fight or anything over that. He said there were tears, but there were no fights.

Jack confessed that they were curious as to what would happen with them and that they had the same goal. It resulted in fewer fights, and since then, they haven't been fighting "that much."

Further in the podcast, Carson and Jack recalled the ninth leg of the show. They both mentioned how difficult it was for everyone to find their cars in the parking lot.

"I don't know if you could tell from a viewer's perspective, but like everyone was feeling the heat. Starting now. I feel like, really..." said Jack.

Adding more to that, Carson mentioned it was basically a "foot race" everywhere. He also said that since Alyssa and Josiah had run a marathon, they were also trying to keep up with them.

"People are getting lost, like people are turning away. Like Mark and Bret, I think made a turn while we were running with the group. It was like, it was just chaos, chaos chaos," added Jack.

Carson mentioned an incident that was not aired on the show. It was about whether to take the elevator or the stairs during one of the tasks. While almost everyone took the elevator, it was not shown in the show, maybe because all the teams collectively made a mistake.
