The first season of the spin-off is set in the summer of 2002, and that makes Jimmy around 41 years old when the series begins. However, the events of the second season take place in the same year, and thus, the attorney is still 41 years old.

As Season 3 emerges, he turns 42, and the subsequent chapter showcases another year of his life, and hence, he is 43 in the fourth installment. In the present timeline of Seasons 5 and 6, Jimmy's age remains the same.
