America's Got Talent Season 20 recently aired the third part of the auditions, featuring various performances. For that, five robot dogs danced and lip-synced on stage, operated remotely.

Witnessing such an act surprised the judges, while the audience also enjoyed it. During the performance, one of the five robot dogs faced some issues, and it looked like it ran out of power. Seeing that robot, some of the fans and the judges also enjoyed it.

However, fans online had different views about the Boston Dynamics robot dogs' performance. To share their views, some of America's Got Talent fans went to the social media platform X and commented on it.

"How is this a talent???? Like it's a robot you program???? A person isn't performing??? Idk just eh?? I know same could be said for the drone light show from last year, and don't have a good argument about that other than that's cooler. #AGT" a fan commented on X.
"Awesome performance by boston dynamics #AGT." another fan wrote.
"#AGT Boston Robotics doggies in the house" one more fan commented.
"That was really fun to watch some robot dogs dance. #AGT" a netizen commented.
"I'm sorry, robot dogs dancing to music isn't a talent. I also can't get beyond the fact that the same tech is used to create weapons of war and policing. Hard pass. #AGT" a netizen reacted.
"And then the robot dogs stopped dancing and slaughtered them all. Judgement Day was neigh #AGT" an X user wrote.
"Robot dogs singing and dancing to Freddie. Ok thats definitely something I've never seen #AGT" one more person commented.
"This robot act was actually pretty cool! #AGT" wrote another America's Got Talent fan.

America's Got Talent Season 20: A lip-sync/ dance performance by Boston Dynamics' robot dogs

The latest America's Got Talent Season 20 auditions featured many talented and unique acts. One of the performances featured five robotic dogs from the group, Boston Dynamics. They entered the AGT stage dancing and singing (lip-sync) on Queen's Don't Stop My Now.

As they were dancing on the stage (operated remotely), one of the robot dogs stopped dancing.

"It was weirdly better that one of them died," said Simon Cowell.

He said the robot dog that "died" during the performance was his favorite one. Another judge Sophia, said it might be because that robot was "nervous" and everyone laughed.

"That was super exciting and great. I mean different, I mean, we had like something bad feeling when he just passed out in front of us. But then the party kept going which was really weird like...not like...(laughs)," said Sophia.

Howie said that the performance was "amazing." He mentioned how after 20 years, they witnessed something that they had never seen on the America's Got Talent stage. Mel B said the performance blew her mind a "little bit."

While she was sharing her views, one of the robot dogs walked up to the show host, Terry Crews, and shook his hands.

"Well done, it's quite mindblowing," said Mel B.

Boston Dynamics received four yeses from the judges.
