"I got 9 boxes to open": Storage Wars star Kenny wins the first round of the auction with the highest bid

Storage Wars Season 16 Episode 6 aired on July 19, 2025. The episode titled, I Am Gary, Hear Me Bid! featured cast members including Kenny Crossley, Dusty Riach, Rene Nezhoda, and more buyers. They arrived in Moreno Valley with their unique bidding strategies and game plans.

While Rene brought his daughter to his "work," Kenny reflected on his childhood instincts. For the first bidding, there were multiple bidders; however, Kenney won it with the highest bid. It was $185.

After winning the first bid, Storage Wars star Kenny confessed to the cameras:

"I got 9 boxes to open. I spent more time in the drive-thru to figure out what I'm going to order."

The latest Storage Wars Season 16 Episode 6 featured buyers headed to Moreno Valley for bidding. There were a few storage units for which many buyers had arrived. Lisa came in disguise as Gary, whom no one knew at first. Later on, when she won one of the bids, she got excited. When her wig fell off, her identity was revealed.

For the first bid, there were multiple bidders. Everyone was interested in the storage because there were many boxes and a few bags. After an exciting round of bidding, with the highest bid of $185, Kenny won.

Sharing his excitement, Storage Wars star Kenny confessed to the cameras that he had nine boxes to open. Before he could open the boxes, bags, and items in the storage, he said he was thinking about what he was going to order.

As he reached the storage unit for which he had won the bid, he said:

"Now this is what I'm talking about. Less money, more value. We're going t go to the popcorn thing. It brought back so many childhood years right here. $10 for this."

While accessing various items in the storage unit, Kenny was interested in the "paint bag."

"It's about the paint bag. This is the main reason why I got this unit here."

He then opened the bag and found some papers worth "no money." He found a toddler chair that was in new condition. It was worth $25. He then went and opened the boxes that were in the corner of the storage unit.

Seeing the pants in the box, he assessed that it was worth $20 a box. The next box was full of shoes, which were quite worn out. Hence, Kenney said it was also worth around $20.

"They spent all the money on tape instead of no good brand name shoes," said Kenny.

The next box that Storage Wars star opened contained undergarments. Sharing his disappointment in the confession, Kenny said he thought he was going to "make a profit." Additional items in other boxes were a keyboard, some toys, a box full of clothes, and a "big TV."

The last box was full of clothes. After seeing all the items in the locker, Kenny estimated that the approximate value of the items was around $150. On the other hand, his bid was for $185.

After not making the expected profit, Kenny told the cameras:

"Well, America, your boy has been struck out in Marino Valley. And you know what it is? It's time to go back to the auction."

Further in the episode, Kenny joined the bidding with fellow buyers.
