Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 Episode 10 was released on December 1, 2025. The recently released episode featured Captain Sandy asking Nathan to appoint a lead deckhand.

However, Nathan was unsure about whom to appoint. After his chat with the Captain, he confessed to the cameras about the situation. He mentioned a few of the deckhands who had been working hard.

He was worried that if he didn’t pick one of them, the situation would be even more tense.

"I don't know what to do, honestly. With Joe, I know he's capable...but Max had been working really hard this season. And I'm worried, if I don't pick him, things are gonna blow up. I don't want this to hurt him with this decision. But in the end, it's gonna be hard on everyone. Oh my God," confessed Nathan.

Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 Episode 10: Captain steps in and tells Nathan to pick a lead deckhand

Earlier in the episode, while Nathan was in the kitchen, a situation got tense. It happened after one of the guests went out with a deckhand, Max. The guest asked him whether he could drive the tender, and Max allowed it.

Captain Sandy witnessed that and called out to Nathan to do his job. She radioed Max and ordered him to return to the boat with the guest. She also told him not to let the guest drive the tender.

Soon, Nathan arrived to assess the situation. The Captain was furious. She told him to get his deckhand on the boat.

"Get your f*cking sh*t together on this deck. You understand. Get Max back to the boat," ordered the Captain.

After Nathan radioed Max, once again, the Captain told him to be the boss. She added that such a situation could never happen again.

"The Captain is coming down at me so f*cking hard. And you know it's stupid to let the guest drive the tender. I'm feeling that you'll get me f*cking fired at this stage," confessed Nathan.

After Max returned to the boat, Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan told him that guests are not allowed to drive. He also mentioned how angry the Captain had been about the situation.

In another private confession in Below Deck Mediterranean, the Captain talked about pressure and how crew members should be handled. She noted that upon applying pressure, there are certain expectations from the crew. That’s how they would step into their role, because they see it as a challenge.

" And when you have that belief in someone, they don't want to disappoint you nor themselves," added Captain Sandy.

Soon, she called Nathan and told him to pick a lead deck.
