TLC premiered 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way Season 7 on September 8, 2025. The first episode of the reality show introduced the couples. This includes:
- Greta and Matthew,
- Anthony and Manon,
- Pattiya and Dylan,
- Chloe and Johnny,
- Jenny and Sumit,
- Luke and Madelein.
Two of the couples, including Jenny-Sumit and Luke-Madelein, are returning cast members.
Before premiering the first episode, TLC released a clip featuring Chloe and her mom. Seeing her daughter moving to another country, she was worried about the entire situation.
90 Day Fiance: The Other Way star Chloe's mom shared her concerns via her confession:
"I feel like I'm getting robbed. You know, in a sense. I work so hard so that she could have opportunities, and she's leaving those opportunities behind. She's gonna have a much harder life, and that's not what I want for my daughter."
90 Day Fiance: The Other Way Season 7: Chloe has a conversation about moving to another country with her mom
In a clip shared by TLC, one of the cast members, Chloe, talked to her mom about moving to another country. For the fans who might not know, Chloe was moving to be with Johny, who was a pirate boat tour guide. They met while Chloe went on vacation in Aruba.
TLC describes 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple Chloe and Johny's story as:
"Chloe met Johny, a charismatic pirate boat tour guide, while vacationing in Aruba. Now, she's ready to leave her life in Boston behind to be with him full-time."
While helping Chloe pack her stuff, her mom told her she couldn't believe she was going to another country and live there. She added that packing for Chloe to go to school was one thing, but this was "really hard."
"I can't believe that you're gonna go living in a...in another country. Packing your way to school was one thing; this is...this is really hard," said her mom.
Listening to her mom, Chloe said that she was not going to "prison" and that she could visit her. 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way star added that she could come see her mom, and she could do the same.
However, his mom was still concerned. She told Chloe that when she really looked at the situation, it looked as if she was moving to another country "for a pirate." She was referring to Johny, who was a pirate tour boat guide.
Chloe noted that he didn't want to work at a regular 9-to-5 job. Her mom questioned the sustainability of that work.
She also mentioned that Chloe won't have "a ton of options" after moving there.
"I...You never know. I mean, you're not gonna have a ton of options there," said Chloe's mom.
She added:
"You're going to be leaving a lot behind."
In her confession, Chloe's mom said that she felt being "robbed." While she worked hard for Chloe and for her to have opportunities, she was leaving all that behind. She also noted that it was not the life she wanted for her daughter.
