"I am sound now": Married At First Sight UK star Maeve reflects on her relationship lessons with Joe

Married At First Sight UK Season 10 Episode 23 was released on October 26, 2025, and featured the remaining couples. While some of them opened up about their close bond, a few faced issues and disagreements with their partner.

One of the cast members featured in the latest reunion episode was Maeve. She was sitting alone on the couch, where participants arrive as couples and discuss their relationships with the experts.

However, on the reunion, it was only Maeve. When one of the Married At First Sight UK experts asked her what she had learned, she shared her side. Maeve noted that she could also be vulnerable, and it was right to feel what she was feeling:

"I can be vulnerable and it's okay to feel what I'm feeling. Like, I usd to put everyone else, like, before me. But now, I think actually, like, my feelings are valid too. I just feel like I've grown as a person. I'm sound now. Do you know what I mean? Like, I've grown so much."

Married At First Sight UK Season 10 Episode 23: Maeve reflects on her journey and making friends despite leaving without a husband

Married At First Sight UK's latest episode featured a few couples facing issues with each other. One of the couples that parted ways was Maeve and Joe.

While talking to the experts, Maeve reflected on her journey and relationship with Joe. She recalled that she didn't know what among Joe shared with her was the truth. Maeve mentioned that when she loved someone, she loved hard. She was not going to change that for anyone. Maeve said:

"I did feel heartbroken this week, but like, don't say it if you don't mean it. I deserve better, I deserve answers, and I know that, like, I deserve respect. So, it's not okay."

One of the experts asked her what she had learned from her relationship with Joe, which she would be taking into her next relationship. Married At First Sight UK star replied that she used to put everyone else before herself.

However, she had learned that he feelings were also valid. Maeve talked about growing as a person and feeling sound, adding:

"I might not be going out with a husband, but I'm going out with friends that actually love me. And that just means so much to me."

Listening to Maeve talk about her growth and focusing on good things, fellow participants smiled.

Married At First Sight UK episode also featured Maeve recalling the last thing that Joe told her. It was that they were done, and their marriage was done. Maeve recalled:

"It's just sh*t, like, who the f*ck are you doing that...like, you don't do that to someone."

While sharing that, she broke off completely and got emotional. Fellow cast members assured Maeve that it was not her. Someone noted that he was the mug. Another participant yelled that nobody thought that she was the mug. Maeve couldn't stop tears and was still emotional.

The show experts also discussed Maeve's biggest fear and how it had come true. They discussed that it was to fall in love with and then leave her, which had unfortunately happened to her.
