I think Austin and Amaya make more sense on Love Island USA than he and Chelley

I can not stress this enough, but Austin and Amaya are like two goofballs who need to be coupled ASAP on Love Island USA. As for Ace, I don't think he deserves anyone, let alone Chelley.

The girl was trying so hard to bond with him, even though he knew nothing about her, and despite that, he was being flirty and still did not choose her during that re-coupling. It was obvious from Chelley's face that she was upset at the decision.

As for Austin, who wanted to pick Amaya, he was not given a chance to do so because she was already taken by Ace. Ultimately, sensing Chelley's disappointment, he chose her.

I don't know if anyone noticed, but Chelley, while she and Austin were sitting on the couch after re-coupling, tried to comfort him slightly when he was feeling nervous, and that did it for me. It was too cute to go unnoticed, and I have officially become a Chelley lover from this point.

However, the two don't seem to have what he and Amaya do. Their personalities match up so well. The two are silly, goofy, and weird together.

The conversation about their frontal lobe did it for me. Amaya said that her frontal lobe has developed fully now, and getting her point and reciprocating the same energy, Austin replied that he feels his is still developing. The two seemed to be having a great time while chatting on the balcony, and they made plans to meet up the next day to do some exercises.

As they met in the morning, the two decided "weird and funny" was the vibe for the day. Austin asked Amaya to shake up before they started, and she agreed, and the two started shaking off.

It worked, and I want to see them together and how their golden retriever energies will pair up in the episodes to come. The two feel like long-lost best friends who were destined to be lovers, and Love Island USA is where they finally meet.

Later in the episode, Austin and Chelley sit down to talk, and he is expressive about how he feels for her and what their connection might be. I mean, we love a communicative man! Yes, sir, tell us how you feel and don't leave us hanging!

So, he tells her that even though the two have a friendly vibe right now, he is open to having more in the future as their plot develops on Love Island USA. And the way he adjusted her hair was so cute, and I said, "Dayum!"

Until now, Austin seems unproblematic and has been stepping up. However, his and Amaya's connection would be delightful because of their shared chemistry. I don't think he and Chelley have that spark yet, but maybe in the future when they get to know each other better.

But production needs to pull some strings and bring my boy Austin with his true match, Amaya. They can tolerate the rigged charges for this one and make an exception because it needs to happen!
