Inside: USA Episode 2 Recap: New partnerships form among contestants as they face an exciting challenge

Inside: USA Episode 2 was released on September 21, 2025. The second episode, titled Slip Sliding Away, featured three rounds of the new challenge, Frat Party.

For that, each round had an exciting task, and contestants were divided into two teams: Team Red and Team Blue. Throughout the episode, fans also witnessed a few of the contestants ordering food and other items secretly.

Also, the first participant, Fannita, returned to the game show. Her return cost $50k from the prize pot, but not everyone was aware of it. Later, she told her teammates about it.

After winning, Team Red was rewarded with a pizza party while Blue Team headed towards elimination. But the episode ended on a cliffhanger as the eliminated contestant was not revealed.

Inside: USA Episode 2 Recap: Contestants go through the Frat Party challenge featuring three rounds

The second episode of the Netflix show picked up right where the first episode ended. Sketch was about to reveal a name he wanted to leave the show. He chose Fannita's name. She left the living area after learning that she would be eliminated.

When Bre asked Sketch the reason behind choosing Fannita, he said it was because she was the "strongest" player in the game. While she was leaving, show host Valkyrae offered her a chance to get back on the show. However, she would have to spend $50,000 from the prize pot to go back.

The next morning on Inside: USA, contestants were notified about breakfast availability from The Store after waking up. A few of the contestants ordered coffee with sugar, premium coffee, etc., items. They also noticed empty cans of chips and drinks. But the contestants didn't know who had been ordering food secretly.

Soon, Inside: USA star Fannita returned and surprised everyone. She didn't tell anyone about spending $50,000 in exchange for her return. Instead, she told them that she saw the host Valkyrae.

"So this happened. I go to the processing room, Rae opens the door, Fannita, you've been eliminated. And I was like, Damn. But she was like, Because I'm the host, and I can do what I want, I'ma save you," said Fannita.

Inside: USA contestants head to the challenge arena for their second challenge, Frat Party. The show hosts Valkyrae and Fanum shared the two captains: Sketch and Fannita. They were given a choice to choose their teammates:

• Fannita (Team Red): Dwight, Mark, Bre, Aisha, Ekin-Su,
• Sketch(Team Blue): Jay, Sydney, Max, Alissa, Zach.

The first task was:

"In round one, the contestants must bounce the balls into giant red cups. If they succeed in doing so, they may pick a member of the opposing team to take on a forfeit. The first team to clear all their cups will be the winners."

Inside: USA host Valkyrae announced that for each missed shot, $1,000 would be deducted from the prize pot. Throughout the first round, Team Red started strong. However, later on, the Blue team also performed well. There were exciting dares, including a dance face-off, mystery envelopes containing rewards, and more.

"Red team has claimed the victory. It is 1-0. Congratulations," announced the show host.

She added that there would be two more rounds. Later, Fannita, Mark, and Sydney had a private chat about voting against Sketch. Before that, Fannita discussed the same with Dwight.

"So, you would be cool if we had to knife Sketch?" asked Fannita.

Further in the Inside: USA episode, Fannita revealed that she spent $50k from the pot. It was when she returned to the show after her elimination. She shared this with her team, Team Red teammates.

For the second round, contestants had to:

"Make their way across a giant slip and slide. At the end, the Insiders must collect as many shots as they can on a try. They must then go back to where they started, spilling as little as possible."

The team with the most "unspilled shots" on their table would win the round. Also, each shot dropped would result in $100 deduction from the prize pot. While carrying the shots across the slide, a few contestants attempted to disrupt their opponents by spilling their shots. Second round results were not revealed right away.

Later, Inside: USA star Jay was called to the Temptation room. He was offered all-you-can-eat pizza, burgers, and chicken wings. For that, he would have to spend $30k. He agreed and enjoyed the food. However, he then kept it a secret, got his teeth cleaned, and returned to the fellow contestants.

When he said he didn't give in to the temptation, they didn't believe him. Soon, they learned the remaining prize pot amount: $782,000. While everyone discussed where the rest of the money was spent, they were called for the third round: Flip Cup.

For that, they had to drink beers and clip the cups, one at a time. Before the third round started, the show hosts announced that the Blue Team won the second round.

After flipping all the cups first, Team Red won the third round and the Fraternity challenge. The reward was a pizza party for the winning team. While the Red Team went to enjoy their pizza and drinks, the Blue Team had to clean the challenge arena.

After cleaning, they were notified about the upcoming elimination. Because their team lost the challenge, one of them would go home. For that, each of them was called to Room 19 to reveal their name for the elimination. However, the second episode ended before the elimination was announced.
