Love Island USA Season 7 reached its climax with only four couples remaining in the villa. The latest elimination shocked fans as Chelley Bissainthe and Ace Greene were voted out just before the finale. The couple made their relationship official in the Hideaway just before they left. Their journey ended during a dramatic Thanksgiving-style dinner where America’s votes determined who would advance.

"It was a bittersweet feeling. Going to the finale is great and all, but we already made our connection. We found each other, and we've grown together. There's no more I could ask for. It was very evident that's what America wanted," Bissainthe explained.

In order to survive eliminations, Love Island USA pairs up unmarried people in a tropical villa. Throughout the season, viewers cast their votes to decide which couples advance to win the $100,000 prize and the title of America’s favorite couple.

What did Chelley and Ace say about the final elimination on Love Island?

The dramatic moment unfolded on Love Island during what seemed like a celebration. Islanders gathered for a Thanksgiving dinner to share memories and reflect on their time together. The mood shifted when the host received a text announcing America had voted on their favorite couples.

Three couples learned they secured finale spots: Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales, Huda Mustafa and Chris Seeley, and Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe. This left Chelley and Ace facing elimination alongside Iris Kendall and Jose “Pepe” Garcia-Gonzalez.

The tension peaked as both bottom couples lifted their plates simultaneously. Kendall and Garcia-Gonzalez found congratulations cards, while Bissainthe and Greene discovered their villa journey had ended.

Despite the elimination, both stars remain optimistic about their future together. Greene emphasized that their connection went beyond the show.

"I found the prize by just getting to know her every single day, growing and learning about each other's communication styles," he shared.

The couple faces a long-distance challenge, with Bissainthe in Florida and Greene in Los Angeles. However, they plan to bridge this gap as she considers relocating to the West Coast.

They said they plan to stay committed outside the villa as well. Greene clarified their exclusive status applies to real-world dating.

"Exclusive means exclusive to only each other. That's not just in the villa. That's in the outside world too," he stated.

What lies ahead for Chelley Bissainthe and Ace Greene?

Both Love Island contestants expressed support for the remaining couples, particularly rooting for friends Nic and Olandria, plus Amaya and Bryan. They recognized the close bonds they had made while they were together.

They learned important communication and relationship-building skills from the experience. Bissainthe and Greene saw this as the start of their real-life relationship, even if their reality TV chapter ended.

Despite missing the finale, the pair seemed happy that they found love, even if their removal may have shocked many. Their story continues off-screen, showing that finding a real connection can matter more than winning.
