The latest Love Island Australia Season 7 episode saw things getting tense among several cast members, including Jotham and Gabby. Jotham decided to end their connection after it didn't work out. After that, he was paired with Jaide, which didn't sit well with Gabby.

During one of their private chats, Jotham thanked Jaide for being his partner. She responded that even though things might seem hard, it would be alright, adding that it would be worth it and she wasn't worried about their connection.

"I can honestly just really see how we would work on the outside. Whereas, like, you know, like that was at a point where, like, I couldn't continue having fights and differences and arguments. Then I was doing things without even knowing I was doing it," replied Jotham.

Jaide further assured Jotham, adding that he shouldn't have to feel like that. In his private confession, he noted that it felt good after chatting with Jaide.

"Like we're back in our little Hotel Amor happy buttle, happy place. Like, it's really just made all the drama worth it," confessed Love Island Australia star Jotham.

In another chat, Jotham told Jaide that he didn't want to upset Gabby and clarified why he wanted a conversation where she could not see the two. He confessed that since ending his connection with Gabby, nothing about that night has felt good. But he was thankful for getting to know Jaide.

The two went into the bedroom for a chat. Jaide confessed that it had been a crazy and insane night. Jotham recalled his bond with Gabby and told Jaide that the two handled things differently.

Love Island Australia star was happy that Jaide could understand the situation. When she agreed to sit somewhere else where Gabby won't see them, he appreciated it.

"I don't want to be another problem on your back," responded Jaide.

While Jaide felt that Jotham was the "right person," he noted that he wasn't right for Gabby. She felt that Jotham was the calm in the tornado.

Later in the episode, Gabby walked up to Jotham and told him to explain himself. He was sitting in a group with Jaide at the time. Gabby told him that he should pull her for a chat as he had hurt her feelings. Everyone was shocked to see the conversation.

"You're really disrespecting me in front of my f*cking face. So let's go," said Gabby.
