Rainbeau has been feeling overwhelmed and neglected during her time on Below Deck season 12. In the most recent episode, this resulted in her breaking down over all the tasks she has and how the crew does not appreciate her work at all.
It all boiled down to Fraser. He is the Chief Stew and was not happy with the way that the ladies had handled their charter. In a segment, he was seen telling them that if things go on in a similar manner, he might have to cut them off one by one.
As for Rainbeau, she feels targeted. It was when the chief stew called her out for not finishing the work.
It all started when the master bedroom was left unclean. Below Deck stews Solène and Barbara pointed fingers at Rainbeau, that it was her responsibility to finish it all.
It starts when Fraser questions why the sheets in the master bedroom are not being washed in the main salon. The other ladies said that it was Rainbeau's responsibility, and she had fallen short.
Below Deck - Why did Rainbeau cry?
Upon hearing the same, a tired Rainbeau starts crying and feels like whatever she does is never enough for anyone. She explained,
"I feel like, no matter how much effort I put in, it's just like, it's not good enough."
Rainbeau then shuts the door on the camera crew and breaks down. Voices of her crying can be heard from the inside. Upon witnessing this, Fraser comes in and tries to console her. He says he does not wish to see any of her stewardesses crying on board. Explaining what is going on, she says to him,
"I just feel like I'm drowning. There's nowhere here to breathe... When I'm giving a 100 percent like why is that not good enough? Is there something wrong with me, like what the f*ck am I doing wrong? Let me know so I can do better... I feel like I'm f*cking drowning, like I'm drowning."
In the previous segment on Below Deck, Fraser calls the three ladies to sit down with him. He gave them a bit of a pep talk and told them how he understands that they are tired, especially because it is the middle of the season.
However, he is not happy with the way they handled the last charter, despite the guests having positive comments about them. He says,
"I know it's the middle of the season and it's hard, but that's what your thing is. We can either be resilient and strong and succeed, or we're going to have some problems. I'm not teaching you what the idea of your thing is; you should know, or you shouldn't be here. I will make the cuts where I need them if things don't change."
Below Deck star Fraser ends by saying that he wants the ladies to make sure that they are putting this job as a priority because they are a good team. The purpose of this meeting, he said, was to motivate them to do better next time.
Below Deck season 12 episodes release weekly on Bravo at 8 PM Eastern Time on Mondays. Later, they can be watched online via Peacock.
