Since Euphoria's release in 2019, the HBO drama soon turned into a superhit sensation, owing much of it to the spectacular vision behind the camera and the deeply complicated journey of coming-of-age in today's world. However, the show hit a series of roadblocks after the second season, leading to a lot of delays. Now, three years after the second season, we're a little bit closer to the third season, and fans couldn't be more excited.
According to a tweet by Buzzing Pop, Elordi reportedly wrapped up production for Euphoria Season 3 three weeks ago.
Here's what Elordi has revealed about the upcoming final season.
Jacob Elordi reveals that he has wrapped filming for Euphoria Season 3

A lot of the lead stars' careers took off at lightning-fast speed during the delays between Euphoria seasons 2 and 3. From Zendaya to Sydney Sweeney and Jacob Elordi, the actors' schedules have been jam-packed. The scheduling conflicts were also one of the reasons behind the third season's delay, along with the pandemic, the Hollywood strikes, and creative decisions.
However, it turns out that things are moving at a very fast pace now. It was revealed back in February that the season had begun filming in Los Angeles. According to previous reports, it takes about a month for each episode to be filmed, and considering the length of previous seasons, there will be eight episodes in the final season as well. Therefore, it can be speculated that filming must be close to being wrapped by now.
These speculations gained even more traction after Jacob Elordi's comments regarding the production schedule. Elordi, who plays Nate Jacobs on Euphoria Season 3, revealed that he had wrapped production on the season three weeks ago. Considering Nate is one of the main characters on the show, it can be assumed that filming is very close to being wrapped.

Elordi reveals that owing to the time jump in Season 3, which will leave the characters out of high school, everybody is separated, even during filming. So, it might be that Elordi is one of the first ones to wrap filming, and it is still underway for others. Nevertheless, we're closer than ever to production being wrapped up for the final season.
Elordi also talked about the final season, revealing that it was shot entirely on VistaVision. He calls it visually "incredible," amping up the excitement for the final season. This format has previously been used in visually stunning projects such as The Brutalist and Dune: Part Two.
"Visually, what I'm seeing is incredible. It looks really good. I don't really know what anyone else is doing. It's all quite separate."
It has already been confirmed that Euphoria Season 3 will premiere in the spring of 2026, and these updates reveal that production is right on schedule.
