In a recent interview with Popverse, Jeremy Renner spoke up about his eagerness to appear in Hawkeye Season 2. He said that he will “always dance with Marvel”, especially when it is “appropriate” and “rocking”. It cannot be denied that the news of Jeremy Renner getting the offer of half his fee for Season 2 took the internet by storm.
After the snowplough incident, Renner revealed that he would not be taking part in Season 2 if his fee was reduced to half the amount he got in the previous season. The actor raised his voice regarding this, which was also supported by his fans. So, now his words definitely indicate that there is a possibility for Hawkeye Season 2.

He also mentions that he is preparing to get his body “right and getting everything right for that”. There is no doubt that Hawkeye’s character is definitely a difficult one. The stunts and the flexibility that the actor needs to show to bring Hawkeye’s character to life definitely require intense preparation. Hence, after the major accident, Jeremy Renner is required to get ample time to get back to his previous fitness to take on the role of Barton.
