Is somebody in trouble? The Jessica Jones star, Krysten Ritter, who joined Charlie Cox on the Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 panel at the New York Comic Con 2025, has been extremely active on her official Instagram, reposting all of the pictures and videos uploaded by fans in attendance at the panel.
One of these reposts was a video recording of part of the trailer for the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, which premiered at the New York Comic Con. While the portion of the trailer reposted by Ritter mainly focuses on her character Jessica Jones' return, it does reveal some very exciting details about the upcoming series.

Krysten Ritter leaks Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 trailer featuring Jessica Jones on her socials
The New York Comic Con 2025 Daredevil: Born Again panel turned out to be an exciting event for the attendees. They witnessed the first trailer for the upcoming season, which has been slated for a March 2026 release. The trailer has still not been released online to the public, but fans can get a little sneak peek at it on Krysten Ritter's official Instagram.
Ritter took to her social media to repost pictures and videos from the panel and leaked a fan-recorded video of the trailer. Keeping aside the fascinating fact that Jessica Jones is finally back, the little snippet of the trailer has us more excited than ever for the March release of the show.
The snippet of the Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 trailer had some of the most shocking reveals. First off, Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones steps back in with her snarky one-liners and her suited, booted look, throwing her opponent a couple of feet away with the most minimal effort.
We also get a look at Vincent D'Onofrio's Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin, as he tries to take over New York's defenders with his authoritarian regime. The leaked visuals also offer us a look at Karen and Charlie Cox's Matt. Additionally, it has been confirmed that Foggy Nelson, who was killed in the first episode of Daredevil: Born Again, is also set to return in Season 2.
According to reports, Matthew Lillard is also set to join the cast for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 as Mr. Charles, a political power working as an antagonist to Mayor Wilson Fisk.
Talking about the season and Lillard's character, Brad Winderbaum, Head of Marvel TV, said:
"The story is about power. When Wilson Fisk takes over New York, not just as a mayor but as a king in a way, it puts him in a new class of power players on the international stage. Matthew Lillard's character represents that."
The lead-up to Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is more exciting than ever since Ritter gave us a forbidden look at the trailer. Additionally, the reveal from Winderbaum that Daredevil: Born Again will be connecting to the upcoming Spider-Man film has fans more excited than ever about the series' release.
It isn't clear if the "leak" was a planned partial reveal to drum up excitement or an actual mistake, but nevertheless, Disney needs to release the official trailer online sooner rather than later.
