As mentioned, Keery appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and teased about Stranger Things season 5 Volume 2. He was asked about his feelings when he saw the finale episode of the part, to which he replied with:

"I have been on he show for 10 years, and you work with all the different actors, and you get different times with different people, and you see. You read the scripts and understand the journey they are on or going to go on, following the show. So reading that episode (final), I was just very excited to see certain actors kinda do their thing, I guess I will say."

Fallon asked the actor if he got to see such things,

"When I watched the episode, yeah." He added laughingly, "Nothing".

Keery suggested that he just could not reveal anything significant, and the fans must wait for part 2. He further added how it was in 2015, he had joined the show, and when the shoot wrapped up, someone recalled that there was a massive group who worked for the show all this time.

"Somebody on the set said, there are 8000 people that worked on this show. So you know the actors are the thing. You associate the actors with the show, with the characters, obviously, but it truly is a testament to a massive group of people who put their lives into these things."

The actor was also asked about what he would like to be Harrington's legacy after the show ends, post the season 5 part 2.

"Well, that's a good question. Well, besides my suit, I think making it okay to wear something like that. (laughs) I think what I loved about the character and loved that they gave me is that he kind of has a change of heart and realizes the error in his ways. I think there is a lot of opportunity for people like that to sort of choose to do the right thing. The show is about a group of outcasts who come together, and you can be from all walks of life. So I just love the character, kind of makes that choice, and for that reason, it was just a real pleasure to play it for 10 years."

Fallon's audience cheered the actor for his honesty and dedication to the show. Stranger Things season 5 part 1 dropped on November 26, 2025, and part 2 is scheduled to drop on December 25, 2025, wrapping the show officially.
