Landman Season 2 trailer was released recently, which revealed that the upcoming season will premiere on November 16, 2025. Landman follows Tommy Norris, who is the Operations VP at M-Tex Oil in West Texas. While Landman shows us the world of the oil business in West Texas, we also see a lawyer arrive to investigate an accident.

New characters will be seen in Landman Season 2, including Miriam Silverman. Silverman will be playing the recurring guest role of Greta Stidham. Miriam Silverman, in an interview with ScreenRant, shared an update about Landman Season 2, which gives us a sneak peek into the upcoming season's events.

Miriam Silverman shares an update about Landman Season 2

Season one of Landman ended with Monty Miller's death and Tommy getting kidnapped by Jimenez, but then being saved by Galino. Galino then offers Tommy a deal that will ensure the cartel and the oil business can coexist peacefully.

ScreenRant, in an interview with Miriam Silverman at the TIFF red carpet for her upcoming film Sacrifice, asked her about her experience filming Landman Season 2 and what viewers can expect from it. Silverman responded,

"It was so delightful. Billy Bob [Thornton] could not be more of a welcoming, warm, caring presence. He's such an incredible actor, and Demi [Moore] is such an incredible actress. She really comes into focus more this season.
Most of my stuff is with Michelle Randolph and Ali Larter, who are both brilliant geniuses. I get to square off with both of them, and it's really fun."

As Silverman shared, Moore's character, Cami Miller, will take more of a central stage in the upcoming season. In the first season, Cami was portrayed as just the wife of Monty Miller, the owner of M-Tex. But season one of Landman ended with Monty's death, which means Cami has to take more charge of both the business and her two daughters. Tommy might be the named heir of M-Tex, but Cami understands the business and her late husband's legacy the best. Thus, her increased screen presence in season two makes sense.

Moreover, we will see Silverman's Greta Stidham share quite a few scenes with Randolph's Ainsley Norris and Larter's Angela Norris. Since Silverman is set to play a university admissions counselor, she is probably going to be a difficult person to work with for Ainsley and Angela, as the former is headed to college.

The returning cast for Landman Season 2 includes Billy Bob Thornton as Tommy Norris, Demi Moore as Cami Miller, Andy Garcia as Galino, Ali Larter as Angela Norris, Jacob Lofland as Cooper Norris, Michelle Randolph as Ainsley Norris, Paulina Chávez as Ariana Medina, Kayla Wallace as Rebecca Falcone, Mark Collie as Sheriff Walt, James Jordan as Dale Bradley, and Colm Feore as Nathan.

As Deadline reported, Guy Burnet has been cast in a recurring guest role as Charlie Newsom, and Stefania Spampinato has been cast in a recurring role as Galino's wife. Sam Elliot has joined the show in a lead role as Tommy's father.

Landman is created by Taylor Sheridan and Christian Wallace, who are also executive producers along with David C. Glasser, David Hutkin, Geyer Kosinski, Ronald Burkle, Bob Yari, Dan Friedkin, Jason Hoch, Scott Brown, Megan Creydt, Peter Feldman, Michael Friedman, Stephen Kay, and J.K. Nickell. Imperative Entertainment, Texas Monthly, Bosque Ranch Productions, 101 Studios, and Paramount Television Studios have produced the show collaboratively.

Landman Season 2 will be released on Paramount+ on November 16, 2025. The first season is streaming on Paramount+.
