Episode 5 of Law and The City is set to air on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 9:20 PM KST on tvN in South Korea. Episode 6, which will be dropped the very next day, will also follow the same release time on the TV channel.

In South Korea, fans can tune in directly through tvN, while international audiences have two main streaming options. Viewers in selected countries can stream the drama on Disney+, and those in other regions can catch it on Rakuten Viki.

Both platforms include English subtitles, making it easier for non-Korean speakers to follow the story. The K-drama isn't available on any other giant streaming platforms like Netflix and Hulu, so viewers only have the above options for legal streaming.

What happened in Law and The City Episode 4: A quick recap

Episode 4 begins in court, where Park Su-jeong struggles to clearly explain why she wants a divorce. Her uncertainty creates a tense atmosphere, hinting at deeper emotional struggles. During lunch, Ju-hyeong receives a call from Su-jeong’s husband, who avoids giving a clear stance.

Elsewhere, Mun-jeong visits a clinic for a cold but quietly picks up a pregnancy test too. Her anxiety is visible throughout the episode, suggesting she’s dealing with personal fears. She stays withdrawn and uneasy, hiding her worries from those around her.

Sang-gi handles a complex case involving a man who wants to sue his late wife’s lover’s family after a fatal crash. He explains the limits of what can legally be claimed, frustrating the client. Meanwhile, Chang-won agrees to check on a detained client’s son despite the case being with another firm.

The episode ends with several emotional turning points: Su-jeong finalizes her divorce, and a flashback reveals her past with Ju-hyeong. Chang-won faces disrespect during his prison visit but finds a quiet moment with Hee-ji. Hee-ji also lies to Su-jeong after seeing a tense moment between her and Ju-hyeong’s ex, leaving her conflicted and unsure.
