Long Story Short is the return of the BoJack Horseman creator, Raphael Bob-Waksberg, to Netflix. Since the animated comedy featuring anthropomorphic animals, from a horse to a vulture, featured on Netflix almost a decade ago, the adult animation genre has been completely changed.
Now, the creator of Bojack Horseman is returning with another adult comedy titled Long Story Short. This comedy will follow the Schwooper family, especially the siblings, over time, journaling their lives from childhood to adulthood. Netflix has recently revealed the voice actors for this animated comedy, and it is star-studded, to say the least.
Here are all the voice actors from the new animated comedy by Raphael Bob-Waksberg, Long Story Short.
Voice Actors for Long Story Short, Netflix's upcoming animated comedy
The voice cast for Long Story Short, which will premiere August 22, is a star-studded list, as revealed by Netflix recently.

The cast list of the voice actors in the comedy led by Bob-Waksberg includes Paul Reiser, Lisa Edelstein, Ben Feldman, Abbi Jacobson, Max Greenfield, Nicole Byer, Michaela Dietz, Angelique Cabral, and Dave Franco.
Paul Reiser has previously been the voice of Gary in Trip Tank. Lisa Edelstein, on the other hand, has voiced Kya from The Legend of Korra, Sharri Rothberg in American Dad!, and Mercy Graves in Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. Max Greenfield has voiced Roger from Cats and Dogs 3, Boo Boo from Bob's Burgers, and Kipper from All Hail King Julien. Abbi Jacobson is known for voicing Katie Mitchell (The Mitchells vs. the Machines), Bean (Disenchantment), and Nya (The LEGO Ninjago Movie). Ben Feldman is known for voicing Tylor Tuskmon (Monsters at Work) and Chris (Big Hero 6: The Series).
Long Story Short is bringing together a lot of the BoJack Horseman creative team. Lisa Hanawalt will join as a supervising producer, whereas Noel Bright, Steven A. Cohen, Corey Campodonico, and Alex Bulkley will join the project as executive producers.

BoJack Horseman made history because it didn't try to stay relevant, unlike its titular character, BoJack (voiced by Will Arnett), a deeply flawed horse who desperately tries to hold on to his fame from Horsin' Around while battling his addiction issues. The series explored complex themes, including addiction, depression, suicide, sexuality, and self-destructive behavior, to name a few.
Hopefully, Long Story Short, an adult animated comedy about siblings over time, will keep up the BoJack Horseman tradition of being critically acclaimed.
"Jumping through the years, we follow the Schwooper siblings from childhood to adulthood and back again, chronicling their triumphs, disappointments, joys, and compromises."
BoJack Horseman won several awards while it ran, including three Annie Awards, four Critics' Choice Television Awards for Best Animated Series, and two Writers Guild of America Awards.
Bob-Waksberg, the creator, talked about what it was like to be back with another animated series after BoJack's success, jokingly saying:
"It is legitimately a thrill and an honor to be back doing what I love most: drafting enthusiastic pull quotes for press releases to Hollywood trade publications. Who says you can’t go home again?!"
