Love Is Blind: Germany Season 2 Premiere Recap: Singles go on multiple blind dates looking for their true love

Netflix premiered Love Is Blind: Germany Season 2 on January 8, 2026. The latest season of the dating show featured 15 male and 15 female participants. They went on multiple blind dates with all the participants featured in the show. A few connected quickly with a few singles over their mutual interests. However, some of the participants also faced a dilemma after connecting with multiple potential partners.

Later, on Love Is Blind: Germany premiere, some of the contestants went on their second blind dates. They learned more about their potential partners and opened up to each other about their families, preferences, and more.

Love Is Blind: Germany Season 2 Episode 1 Recap: Multiple blind dates confuse singles after they find more than one potential partners

Love Is Blind: Germany hosts Steffi Brungs and Chris Wackert-Brungs, who welcomed the singles in their separate lounges. On the first day, all male participants went on dates with each of the 15 male contestants. They were sent on speed dating rounds, each lasting eight minutes.

The first date was between Jessi and Philipp. Things didn't work out between the two because of their mismatched interests in music. Jessi confessed:

"I want nothing more than to finally find my dream man and grow old with him. That's why I want to get married, so we can have a huge party afterwards."

Her next date was with Konstantin. When she shared her name, he responded that he had heard about her liking for German bar songs. He said that it was rare. Both of them shared mutual interests, including skiing, attending carnivals, and partying.

After their date, Jessi said that she was completely blown away. Konstantin shared:

"She's a country bumpkin, just like me. We're exactly the same."

The next date on Love Is Blind: Germany was between Jubriel and Wandi. When she revealed that she wanted everyone around her to feel good, he told her he was the same. Jubriel was surprised to know that she had never had a partner.Wandi shared:

"I've been in two situations where it could have worked out."

She talked about two "situations" she was involved in. She mentioned that she never had a boyfriend, but was now looking for a husband. She was ready to go all-in. Jubriel's next date was with Josy. The two discussed childhood, family background, and more.

Gunnar opened up about not wanting children. One of his dates was with Josy. They talked about various things and connected over a few things. When he talked about not wanting children, Josy mentioned that she might come to terms with that.

"This means there's hope for me. I feel really comfortable with Josy, and I'd love to talk to her again.

The next date on Love Is Blind: Germany was between Dustin and Yasmin. The two connected over falling in love quickly, opening up to people, and their nature. Her second date was with Andi. He also connected with Nadja and Celia, along with Yasmin.

The second day started with a blind date between Jubriel and Wandi. On their second date, she wanted to discuss their family backgrounds, wanting kids, parents' separation, and more. They talked about being part of each other's families.

Josy and Gunnar had their second date. She wanted to explore more about his "not wanting kids" mindset. Jessi and Konstantin also went on their second blind date. He wanted to know more about Jessi's family. They connected even more after finding that they both were looking forward to living their lives to the fullest and enjoying the little moments.

Further in the episode, many other singles went on their second blind dates and learned more about themselves and their potential partners.
