The latest shake-ups on Love Island USA Season 7 have brought emotional exits, shifting alliances, and unexpected new couples. By episode 13, America’s public vote caused a major recoupling that broke apart established pairs and placed three Islanders—Charlie, Huda, and Taylor—at risk of elimination. Ultimately, one was sent home.
Three new bombshells—Jalen, Iris, and Pepe—entered during a game in Love Island USA episode 9 and were paired with Islanders by audience vote. This drastically changed villa dynamics and split up several original couples.
So far, three contestants have exited the show. Belle-A Walker was dumped during episode 6’s recoupling. Yulissa Escobar, who briefly appeared, was removed after old clips surfaced of her using a racial slur. Most recently, Charlie Georgiou was eliminated in episode 12 after losing a vote among the Islanders, following his split from Hannah due to America’s decision.

After the public vote that rearranged several couples, the current pairings on Love Island USA Season 7 include: Iris and Jeremiah, Olandria and Jalen, and Hannah and Pepe. These couples were matched by America during episode 12.
The rest of the villa sees Amaya paired with Ace, Chelley with Austin, and Cierra with Nic. The single Islanders remaining in the villa are Huda and Taylor.
During Love Island USA episode 12, Charlie was left single when Hannah was recoupled with Pepe by America’s vote. Charlie pleaded his case to stay in the villa, saying:
“I just want to say before you have to make the decision, I had the most amazing moment with Hannah. It was just this crazy feeling I’ve never felt.”
However, the Islanders voted against him by a margin of three to one, resulting in his elimination.
What happened in Love Island USA episode 13
Tensions escalated further in episode 13, which aired on June 16, as the fallout from the recoupling continued to divide the villa. After being split from Taylor by America’s vote, Olandria quickly recoupled with newcomer Jalen. The match surprised many, but Olandria embraced the shift, opening the door to explore a new connection with Jalen.
Meanwhile, Huda struggled to process being separated from Jeremiah. During the episode, she was visibly emotional and questioned America’s choice to split what she previously called “the strongest” couple in the villa. Jeremiah, on the other hand, appeared focused on his new connection with Iris and showed little effort to comfort Huda, leading to even more strain between them.
The conflict reached a peak when Jeremiah returned from a date with Iris and was overheard by Huda talking to the other boys about her. According to the episode, Jeremiah told the group:
“I was checked out. I was not able to be there. I just had nothing left to give anybody.”
Huda, upset after overhearing his comments, responded directly:
“By all means, explore. (Expletive) you.”
Later that night, the two had a tense exchange in the speakeasy, with Huda telling Jeremiah:
“The worst possible scenario where I needed you, you weren’t there.”
Jeremiah admitted he had emotionally withdrawn from the situation. Outside their conflict, the villa was also adjusting to the presence of the new bombshells—Jalen, Iris, and Pepe—who were introduced during a game in episode 9.
Looking ahead, another recoupling was teased for episode 14, which may further alter the current relationships and force Islanders to make strategic decisions. Love Island USA Season 7 streams on Peacock, with new episodes airing from Thursday to Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET.
