Love Me brings forth yet another set of intriguing episodes with episodes 7 and 8. After the events of episode 6, Jun-kyung and Jun-seo finally come to know about Jin-ho’s relationship.
Though Jun-kyung is initially disappointed in his father, she slowly understands that she is also in the same situation in Daniel’s life as Ja-young is in her life. Hence, she accepts Ja-young’s relationship with his father. The seventh episode of Love Me brings in complications because of Daniel’s dislike of Jun-kyung.

Jun-kyung's relationship faces a challenge as Do-hyun's past crashes into the present in Love Me Episodes 7-8
Episode 7 of Love Me starts with Daniel asking Do-hyun to end his relationship with Jun-kyung, as he dislikes her. Daniel’s words completely shatter Do-hyun, which causes him to get drunk as he is unable to cope with the situation. He calls Jun-kyung and finally reveals the distress he is in.
However, unlike the anger that he expected Jun-kyung to show towards him because of the situation, Jun-kyung expresses her desire to win Daniel over, even if it takes time. Jun-kyung’s words make Do-hyun extremely happy. On the other hand, Jun-seo is having trouble after spending the night with Hye-on after his breakup. He goes to the church to ask for forgiveness.
The father of the church helps him understand about the situation. He tells him that he should not be scared of ruining their friendship. Rather, he should pursue Hye-on if he truly loves her. Jun-kyung’s relationship with Daniel also takes a positive turn. While Daniel is skateboarding, he meets with an accident. A car strikes Daniel. This causes him to get injured.
The driver begins to accuse Daniel. However, Jun-kyung steps up. She even tells the driver that she is her mother. Watching Daniel and Jun-kyung getting along makes Do-hyun even happier. As this episode of Love Me progresses, Jin-ho meets with his sister-in-law to discuss Ja-young. Though his sister-in-law was angry when he found Ja-young at the house, she appreciates the way Jin-ho took care of her sister throughout her life. The two of them reconcile.
At the end of episode 7 in Love Me, Jun-seo decides to do just as Hye-on requested. He requests that his professor get him the internship. At the family dinner, Jun-kyung arrives early. Seeing Ja-young and Jun-kyung get along surprises Jin-ho. Jun-seo, Daniel, and Do-hyun also arrive, and the dinner goes well.
Jun-seo, watching Jin-ho and Jun-kyung happy, begins to feel lonely. He runs to search for Hyeon. He finally finds her sitting at a restaurant and tells her about his feelings for her. This episode ends with a turn of events taking place. At Daniel’s band performance, his mother arrives all of a sudden, creating a difficult situation for Jun-kyung and Do-hyun.
Episode 8 of Love Me starts right where things are left off in Episode 7. Daniel’s mother, Yun-ju, is back. Right after her arrival, Yun-ju begins to separate Jun-kyung from the event. Jun-kyung feels left out, which causes her to get disappointed. Do-hyun leaves to speak with Daniel’s homeroom teacher. Yun-ju, using this opportunity, behaves in a condescending manner with Jun-kyung.
As this episode progresses, Jun-kyung begins to discuss the difficult situation she is in with her friend. Do-hyun, on the other hand, has dinner with Yun-ju and Daniel. However, it can be understood that Do-hyun is getting more and more uncomfortable. Yun-ju's presence is impacting him. Disappointed about the situation she is in, Jun-kyung decides to go for a walk. She comes back and sees that Do-hyun is waiting for her. She then tells him about the emotional struggle.
However, Do-hyun understands the pain Jun-kyung is going through. He also apologizes to her. This episode progresses with Jin-ho and Ja-young visiting a campsite. They fall in love with the place right away. Jin-ho decides to buy that place; however, Ja-young asks him if his children will be happy with his decision.
He assures that his children will understand him. He then, in a hilarious turn of events, decides to visit the church to discuss the issue with the father. Do-hyun begins to think about his marriage to Jun-kyung. However, he is concerned about Daniel.
At the end of this episode of Love Me, Jin-ho finally musters up the courage to tell Jun-seo and Jun-kyung about his decision to sell the house and buy the camp. However, hearing this makes Jun-seo extremely angry, causing him to leave the house. Jun-kyung is also disappointed with the situation.
After leaving the house, Jun-kyung comes across an accident; however, the convenience store employee, who is now a police officer, helps her with the situation. Yun-ju’s true intention to return is also revealed. She tells Do-hyun that she returned because of him and wants to try again with him.
