Donna Kelce is trading stadium seats for secret missions. The NFL mom, best known as the mother of Jason and Travis Kelce, is joining The Traitors season 4, and the Highlands might never be the same.
Peacock announced the news on June 13, confirming Donna’s addition to the lineup of 23 celebrity contestants competing for a prize of up to $250,000. The reveal came just three months after Dylan Efron, Dolores Catania, Gabby Windey, and Ivar Mountbatten took home the win in season 3 by splitting the prize equally.
Before the official announcement, Donna’s sons were already fueling fan speculation. On June 12, the New Heights podcast account on X shared a throwback clip of Jason and Travis debating who would survive the intense gameplay of The Traitors. The post was captioned “for no reason whatsoever,” complete with a smirk emoji. Classic misdirection? Maybe. But it sure aged well.
The Traitors gets a Kelce-sized twist
This isn't the first time Jason and Travis have weighed in on The Traitors. Back in September 2024, the brothers chatted about the show during an episode of New Heights.
“Dude, you would f------ crush it on Traitors,”
Travis told Jason.
But Jason wasn’t buying it.
“Traitors? I'm terrible,”
He said, recalling a failed attempt to play the game with friends during a climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro.
“I'm not savvy enough. We did it one time, climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. I was voted... right away, they knew. They're like, ‘Jason's a traitor’ and I was like, ‘No I'm not!’”
Jason's honesty may not get him far in the castle, but it gave fans an early hint that someone from the Kelce crew might eventually land on The Traitors. Turns out, it’s their mom who’s stepping into the spotlight.
Travis, on the other hand, is clearly a fan.
What to expect from Donna Kelce on The Traitors
While Donna Kelce isn’t known for playing mind games on national TV, she’s no stranger to the spotlight. She became a beloved figure during the NFL season when her sons faced off in the Super Bowl, and she’s been a consistent presence at games and events ever since.
Donna's warmth and level-headed presence have made her a fan favorite, but will those traits help her survive the ruthless twists of The Traitors?
With 22 other contestants to navigate and potential traitors among them, Donna will need more than mom instincts to make it to the end. But fans are already eager to see how she holds up in the castle’s pressure cooker.
And based on Travis and Jason’s reactions, the family might be just as excited as the rest of us to watch it all unfold.
Reality TV royalty joins the lineup
Donna Kelce won’t be the only familiar face stepping into the castle this season. The season 4 cast of The Traitors features a long list of reality veterans, athletes, and pop culture personalities.
Housewives from multiple franchises are making their return. Fans can expect to see Candiace Dillard Bassett, Dorinda Medley, Lisa Rinna, Porsha Williams, and Caroline Stanbury in action. They’ll be joined by Survivor alums Rob Cesternino and Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho, as well as Big Brother’s Tiffany Mitchell and Ian Terry.
The reality game talent continues with Natalie Anderson from The Amazing Race, Kristen Kish from Top Chef, and Monét X Change from RuPaul’s Drag Race. Mark Ballas from Dancing with the Stars is also on board.
Other notable names include Colton Underwood (The Bachelor), Maura Higgins (Love Island), comedian Ron Funches, actor Michael Rapaport, singer Eric Nam, and Olympic figure skaters Tara Lipinski and Johnny Weir. Rounding out the cast is Rob Rausch, who brings Love Island USA energy to the mix.
So yes, The Traitors is about to get very busy, very fast.
