Mark your calendars for September 24, 2025, because Marvel is set to drop, Marvel Zombies, but this time featuring the Marvel heroes as zombies. The premise is already quite promising, as we are going to see the gruesome fights between the OG heroes creating chaos in the world.
Their zombified versions of these superheroes are definitely not easy to fight. The trailer of Marvel Zombies has given the fans exciting news. Many of the significant MCU live-action actors will be coming back to voice their character counterparts in the series.
Every MCU actor confirmed to reprise their role in Marvel Zombies
The trailer of Marvel Zombies dropped a confirmed list of actors who will be reprising their roles in this zombie apocalyptic series. This move to add the live-action counterparts to the series adds a layer of authenticity and gives a welcome return for many beloved characters.

The first and foremost character who will be returning in the series is none other than Elizabeth Olsen. She will be reprising her role of Scarlet Witch. However, this time with a zombified twist. The Scarlet Witch is already one of the strongest heroes in the MCU; however, a zombified version attacking the survivors in the upcoming series would definitely be a worthwhile addition.
The next on the list is Paul Rudd, who will also be reprising his role as Ant-Man/Scott Lang in the series. Tessa Thompson and Wyatt Russell will also be joining as Valkyrie and U.S. Agent / John Walker. However, what makes this even more intriguing is the addition of new elements in the MCU.

For instance, Florence Pugh. She will also be reprising her role as Yelena Belova, the sarcastic spy with immense skills. Unlike Scarlet Witch, her character will be one of the survivors of the zombie apocalypse tasked to fight the zombies.
David Harbour’s Red Guardian/Alexei Shostakov will also be one of the survivors fighting against the dangerous forces, along with Hailee Steinfeld’s Kate Bishop. Her addition definitely becomes a big deal for the fans of the Disney+ show Hawkeye. Through Marvel Zombies, we will be able to see more of Kate’s journey.
Another duo from Disney+ that will be gracing the screen is Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, aka Ironheart, and Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel. Both of their characters will also be survivors fighting against the zombies.
Iman Vellani’s addition definitely adds a layer of intrigue. Her character’s youthful energy and optimism would definitely bring forth a beacon in the grim and dark setting of the series.
It is also great news for all the Shang-Chi fans, as Simu Liu will be giving his voice to his role as Shang-Chi in the series. Along with Shang-Chi, we will also be seeing his best friend Katy, as Awkwafina is also reprising her role in the Marvel Zombies series.
Along with them, Randall Park's Jimmy Woo will also be one of the survivors in the zombie apocalypse, taking on the dangers with valour and humor. The presence of these MCU actors definitely brings an interesting dynamic to the series.
Marvel’s decision to bring out the OG actors for the series definitely shows their commitment to the characters. Marvel Zombies adds to the cohesive and connected universe of the franchise. For us fans, this is the perfect opportunity to see our heroes and villains in a terrifying new light, along with being able to hear the familiar voice that we love.
