"Maybe like a heist movie": Bella Ramsey shares an idea of the next project they'd want to do with her The Last of Us co-star Pedro Pascal

Actor Bella Ramsey proved their acting prowess when she starred along with Pedro Pascal in The Last of Us series. The English actor is also known for their roles in Game of Thrones and has received nominations at the BAFTA, the Golden Globe, and the Emmy Awards. The actor is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. Bella Ramsey has acted in other projects like Hilda, Catherine Called Birdy, and others.

However, they gained widespread acclaim after starring in the video game adaptation of The Last of Us on HBO. The show focuses on Joel (Pascal) and Ellie (Ramsey), who must travel through a post-apocalyptic landscape as the human society has been ravaged by zombie-like creatures due to a fungal infection.

The series was a critical and commercial hit and is considered one of the best video game adaptations on television. In an interview with Variety, Bella Ramsey reveals what she would like to work on next with actor Pedro Pascal.

Bella Ramsey and Pedro Pascal are one of the most talked-about stars currently, thanks to their show, The Last of Us. While talking to Marc Malkin from Variety during the HBO Emmys nominees event in Hollywood, Bella Ramsey talked about the kind of future projects they would like to work on with Pedro Pascal.

After the death of Pascal’s character Joel, in the second season of The Last of Us, Ramsey and Pascal can now explore other projects. “I think maybe like a heist movie where we’re robbing a bank together,” Ramsey states. The actor goes on to state that they are frequently asked about Pascal. “It’s, ‘How is Pedro Pascal? Is he as nice as he seems?...That’s mostly what people ask me, and the answer is, ‘Yes.’…He’s here and I have not seen him in so long. I’m looking around, trying to find him.”

While talking to AP, Ramsey states, “I love him very deeply and will forever, and so it was kind of sad to have less with him this season." "I've definitely missed him, but I'm hoping that some at some point down the line we'll get to be together on set in a different dynamic, not as Ellie and Joel, but it's sad - the idea that we might never be Ellie and Joel again."

Further, Ramsey reveals that she and Pascal often text each other and it consists of, “‘Where in the world are you? I’m here, are you there? Oh, we just missed each other.’” The actor also talked about Pascal’s recent stint in the superhero movie, The Fantastic Four: First Steps.

Ramsey states in the Variety interview, “I could be Spider-Man. Tom Holland did a great job though. So maybe they do need to make a new [superhero] for me.” Interestingly, Ramsey had watched very few superhero movies and the first one was the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man movie. They state, “It was the first time I watched a Marvel film, and that was two months, three months ago.” Bella Ramsey also goes on to state that she “loved” the movie and found it to be “incredible.”
