Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 Episode 2: Everything you need to know

Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 Episode 1, titled Round the Mountain, wasted no time in getting down to business. With Kyle taking the fall for shooting Robert on duty to protect Mike, Ian, and all the other officers' secrets, Mike has to make sure that he is safe inside Kingstown Penitentiary.
However, by the end of the first episode, along with several headless bodies and the new warden refusing to take any special measures for Kyle's protection, he is also attacked. It's a sign that the chaos is just starting to unfold.
The second episode of Mayor of Kingstown Season 4, titled Promises to Keep, is all set to premiere on November 2, 2025, at 3 a.m. ET / 12 a.m. PT on Paramount+.
The episode logline reads:
"Mike sends the prison a message and considers an offer from a Detroit legend; Kyle struggles to adjust to his new reality as Ian finds himself in Evelyn's crosshairs."
Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 Episode 1 has revealed some of the threads that will be pulled at in this new season. With the new warden, appearing to be a straight, no-nonsense character but actively taking steps against Mike's brother's safety inside her prison, it's clear that her presence might be more antagonistic than she appears to be.

Additionally, the new presence in Kingstown is yet to reveal itself apart from the bodies that keep rolling in. Hopefully, the second episode will actually reveal the powers that have stepped in to fill the Russians' vacuum, and how these new forces are going to upset the ever-changing balance in Kingstown.
One thing's for sure, Mike will be pulled in all directions this season, trying to balance his family and his town, all the while questioning his morality. Add to all that, there's the bit about Iris' death by overdose, which he still doesn't know; it's a recipe for disaster. Only time will tell if he can manage to survive all of this by the end of the season.
