Love Island UK season 12 episode 37 saw a surprise dumping followed by a surprise recoupling. It started with the viewers voting for their favorite couples in the villa. The highest votes were gathered by Shakira and Ty, who then had a choice to dump one of the couples who ranked bottom three.
After much discussion, they decided to keep Lauren and Harrison, Connor and Emma, and decided to dump Lucy and Tommy from Love Island UK. This was a huge shock as out of those three couples, the latter was the strongest and had the most genuine connection, according to the fans.
Another twist was followed. It was announced that the islanders will now recouple. It gave women a chance to the women to decide who they want to couple up with. As all the men stood in front, Toni, who was coupled up with Cach, decided to go back to Harrison.
This disappointed fans who felt like Toni had made a very wrong choice in selecting her partner. They have seen how Harrison had been behaving towards her and felt like Cach, who has been nothing but nice to her, was stripped of the opportunity and picked last.
Sympathizing with Cach, Love Island UK fans took their opinions to X. One of them said,

During the day of recoupling on Love Island UK, Harrison pulled Toni for a chat and told her his feelings of wanting to be with her. However, she is confused as he had made it clear he liked Lauren during their time in Casa. After much thought, she was convinced, however.
While picking the guy, she said,

Toni then proceeds to say that she doesn't go for second or third chances but is willing to go back again to this person and give it one final shot. She then chose Harrison to couple up with on Love Island UK.
