The two had a budding relationship that could have been so much more, but it didn't move forward. Why? Because Nic decided to pursue Cierra.

Love Island USA Season 7's day 2 introduced Charlie and Cierra, which stirred up the couple's dynamics in the villa. Despite having a good connection with Belle-A, Nic wanted to pursue Cierra. When he chose her during the next re-coupling ceremony, it was an unexpected move.
