The episode ended with Ziva, Tony, and Claudette returning to the safe house where Tali was kept after learning she might be in danger.
In Episode 6 of NCIS: Tony & Ziva, while the parents rush to get to the safe house, Sophie and Tali are attacked by Galimard's men. However, the duo successfully defends themselves until Tony and Ziva reach the safe house. Furthermore, more about Jonah's plan is revealed while Tony tells Tali about Henry's death.

NCIS: Tony & Ziva Season 1 Episode 6 recap - Tali revisits memories of the safe house
In Episode 6 of NCIS: Tony & Ziva, Tali is seen in a Budapest safe house. In a flashback scene, Tali's memories of the safe house when she was 7 years old are shown. She unintentionally finds a gun hidden under the table, which results in their parents fighting over it.
Other than this, another memory of her playing a game with her father's smartwatch is also shown. By tricking Sophie into getting out of the house, she retrieves the watch and charges it again. While hiding the watch from Sophie, she plays the same game she used to play earlier with Tony.
However, their quiet life in the safe house is disrupted when a group of men reaches the safe house.
NCIS: Tony & Ziva Season 1 Episode 6 recap - Sophie and Tali are attacked
As the men try to find them in the safe house, Sophie and Tali hide in the panic room. Sophie asks Tali to get to the front yard and call the police after she gets a signal on her phone. However, the pings from the phone alert two of the men, which leads to Tali getting panicked and heading back to the panic room.
But this time, she brings back a dangerous thing for Sophie: a wasp in her jacket. Sophie was allergic to wasps, and after it stung her, she knew she would need an EpiPen, but the priority was getting Tali to safety. She asks her to run away to a nearby town to get help while she distracts the men. However, Tali decides not to leave Sophie behind, and as she gets out and sees the EpiPen, she brings it back to Sophie and saves her.
Later, Galimard, the leader of the men attacking them, discovers a way to get into the panic room. He put tear gas inside the vent, but the duo were ready and wore their masks. Sophie's brilliant plan of attacking them with strobe lights helps them get out of there and get to the car to get away from the place. However, Galimard attacks the duo and gets into a fight with Sophie.
Just in time, in episode 6 of NCIS: Tony & Ziva, Claudette and the former NCIS agents reach there, saving the lives of their loved ones.
NCIS: Tony & Ziva Season 1 Episode 6 recap - Jonah's plans of getting to Aaron Graves
In Episode 6 of NCIS: Tony & Ziva, it is revealed that it was not Sophie going out of the house, but Tali using the smartwatch that gave away their location to Galimard and his men. Furthermore, the parents again decide to send her to another safe house for her protection, but Tali stands against their decision by telling them that they have once found her and can do it again.
While Tony finds his daughter alive, he is still grieving for Henry, whom he left behind while he was fighting with Jonah. He tells Tali about Henry's heroic death. Elsewhere, Jonah is informed about Tali being safe and with her parents. In the episode, it is also revealed that all of Jonah's paths lead to Aaron Graves, the one who made Lazar create the Reigning Fire Peacekeeping drones. However, they are yet to learn why Jonah wants to get to Aaron Graves.
