Emily in Paris Season 5 is going to arrive on Netflix in December 2026. Season 4 of the show ended with Emily moving to Rome to work at the new Agence Grateau office there and pursue a new relationship with Marcello. While the show started with Emily in Paris, it is now heading to Rome, but the heroine of the story will most likely return to Paris.
Netflix has given us a sneak peek at Emily's new life in Rome in a new clip released from Emily in Paris Season 5, along with the release date.
Emily in Paris Season 5 new clip released
Emily was in Paris, working as a marketing executive and pulling off exciting, fun, and effective campaigns for her clients. But now with Agence Grateau opening a new office in Rome, Emily will be taking her talents to Rome in Emily in Paris Season 5. Additionally, we will also see her in a happy relationship with Marcello. But Season 4 of the show also ended with Gabriel finally realizing he loves Emily and wants her back. A lot will be happening in Season 5, and Netflix has given us a brief glimpse into that.
The clip begins with a narrator saying,
"We start on a beautiful woman. She is joined by a man. It's clear they know each other. Unable to keep their hands off each other. Eventually sharing a kiss."
As the narrator narrates, we see Emily having fun at parties, on a drive with Marcello, and having a great time with him in Rome. That is followed by Mindy, Emily's former roommate and best friend, being happy for Emily's new life and saying,
"Rome looks so good on you."
Emily agrees, and there's a reason for it. The clip further shows us how Emily is doing great at work and having fun on boat parties. Besides, Sylvie and Mindy seem to be doing great in their lives as well. The clip ends with Emily, Luc, Sylvie, and Julien all in Rome, and Julien asking Sylvie,
"If we're all here, who's in Paris?"
Only Emily in Paris Season 5 will tell who is in Paris while the core team of Agence Grateau is in Rome. While the clip doesn't mention Gabriel or much about Paris, one has to remember that Gabriel will be coming to Rome for Emily, as we saw him ask Mindy at the end of Season 4,
"Where exactly in Rome is she?"
The returning cast for Emily in Paris Season 5 includes Lily Collins as Emily Cooper, Eugenio Franceschini as Marcello, Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu as Sylvie Grateau, Ashley Park as Mindy Chen, Lucas Bravo as Gabriel, Samuel Arnold as Julien, Bruno Gouery as Luc, William Abadie as Antoine Lambert, Lucien Laviscount as Alfie, Thalia Besson as Genevieve, Paul Forman as Nico, and Arnaud Binard as Laurent G. New cast members joining the show in Season 5 are Minnie Driver as Princess Jane, Bryan Greenberg as Jake, and Michèle Laroque as Yvette.
Emily in Paris Season 5 will be released on Netflix on December 18, 2025. The first four seasons are streaming on Netflix.
