Rowan Atkinson is returning to Netflix with yet another comedy series, Man Vs Baby, set to be released on December 11, 2025. The trailer has just been released, giving us a sneak peek into Trevor Bingley's (played by Rowan Atkinson) new adventure after the Man Vs Bee incident. This time, he will again have an unlikely companion: a baby.

Man Vs Baby will have four thirty-minute episodes and will show us how Trevor gets stuck taking care of a baby on Christmas while he is house-sitting a London penthouse.

Man Vs Baby starring Rowan Atkins: trailer and more

The Man Vs Baby trailer opens with a police officer knocking on a penthouse door inquiring about a missing baby, and we see Trevor behind that door. We then get to see what happened earlier. Trevor Bingley is the one who found the baby, and as he tells the police over the phone,

"I rang earlier about a baby that was left behind at St. Aldwyn's School."

After his last job in Man Vs Bee went horribly, Trevor is now a caretaker at St. Aldwyn's School. But for Christmas, he has taken up the well-paying job of looking after a London penthouse. Before he could get to it, however, he found that no one had come to pick up the baby, who was kept as Jesus for the school's nativity play. Hence, he decided to take the baby, hoping to find its parents. Trevor's call to the police about the baby goes badly when the person on the other end can't even note down Trevor's last name correctly.

Trevor doesn't know what to do with the baby since it's the end of term at the school, and he has an important job for Christmas. Thus, he chooses to look after both the baby and the penthouse during the holiday. We see Trevor playfully entertaining the baby while also struggling to take care of its every demand. Due to the lack of a stroller, Trevor even puts the baby in a shopping cart when he takes it with him to run errands around the city. The two have lots of fun while the police are looking for the infant. The biggest twist the trailer shows us is when we see Trevor feeding two babies instead of one.

Taking care of a baby who is missing from its parents never ends well, and Trevor is bound to face a disaster because of it. Man Vs Baby will show how he handles a baby while managing his high-paying house-sitting job, and the consequences of having a missing baby all to himself for far too long.

The show's logline, according to the trailer's description, states,

After a job looking after a high-tech mansion ended in disaster thanks to an irritating insect in Man vs Bee, Trevor Bingley (Rowan Atkinson) has left the stressful world of housesitting for the quieter life of a school caretaker. That is, until a lucrative offer to look after a luxury London penthouse over Christmas proves too tempting to resist. But on the last day of term, when no one comes to collect the Baby Jesus from the school nativity, Trevor finds himself with another undersized and very unexpected companion. With a penthouse to protect and a baby to burp, will Trevor be able to have the calm Christmas he hopes for, or will festivities descend into chaos?

Other than Rowan Atkinson, Man Vs Baby stars Alanah Bloor, Claudie Blakley, Susannah Fielding, Robert Bathurst, Ellie White, Angus Imrie, and Sunetra Sarker. Man Vs Baby is created and written by Will Davies and Rowan Atkinson. Davies and Chris Clark serve as executive producers, while Kate Fasulo is the series producer and David Kerr directs. HouseSitter Productions is the production company behind the show.

Man Vs Baby will be released on Netflix on December 11, 2025.
