More about the Netflix legal drama's expanding cast
Season 3 ended on a huge cliffhanger. After solving the murder case involving Julian La Cosse and uncovering a corrupt DEA agent, Mickey thought life would return to normal. But in a shocking turn of events, police found a dead body in the trunk of his car. Mickey was arrested, leaving fans concerned and eager to know what happens next.
Emmanuelle Chriqui is joining the cast of the Netflix legal drama as Jeanine Ferrigno. Jeanine, according to Tudum by Netflix, is,
''the girlfriend of a local gangster who finds herself mixed up in a criminal enterprise, and learns information pivotal to Mickey’s defense.''
Jason O’Mara is going to play Jack Gilroy. Jack is an orthopedic surgeon who happens to be the present boyfriend of Maggie (Mickey's ex-wife). Javon Johnson will be playing Carter Gates, an entrepreneur, accused of murder after he thought he had left his legal troubles back in the past. Jason Butler Harner will play Detective Drucker, an experienced robbery homicide detective.
Celebrity chef Nancy Silverton is going to play herself in a cameo role, who is the owner of Osteria Mozza. Constance Zimmer joins as Dana Berg, Maggie’s colleague from when she used to work in the LA district attorney’s office. Dana is a prosecutor who seems to give the death row verdict so often, she is known as ''Death Row Dana." Humphrey said to Tudum by Netflix, about working with Zimmer, saying,
“I shot our first scene with Constance in court, and it was fantastic!”

Kyle Richards will be playing Celeste Baker, who will hire Lorna as a divorce attorney, after a previous client, satisfied with Lorna's work, had referred her. Scott Lawrence will play Judge Stone, who used to be a tough prosecutor but is still fair in his sentences.
When The Lincoln Lawyer returns on Netflix for its fourth season, it will come out in ten episodes. The upcoming season will focus on the sixth book of the Lincoln Lawyer series, The Law of Innocence.
In conversation with Tudum by Netflix, co-showrunner and co-executive producer Ted Humphrey said,
“Well, the biggest cliff-hanger of all is ‘What is going to happen to Mickey?’ and that one certainly plays out across the whole season in the form of his trial,”

He also says,
“But in the first episode you’ll understand at least the broad strokes of what specifically has happened and what charges — and adversaries — Mickey is facing. This is going to be the biggest and most personal challenge Mickey has ever faced, and also the biggest roller coaster we’ve yet taken our audience on. And of course, our other characters will be dealing not only with Mickey’s case but with a slew of challenges they’re facing as well. As a director, I was so happy with how the third season finale turned out, and I am also directing the opener of Season 4 so it feels like we are picking up right where we left off, which is really fun for me and also creatively very satisfying.”
Given how season three of the Netflix series ended, Humphrey also points out about Mickey that,
''All the advice he’s given clients over the years, now he has to give himself — and he realizes how hollow some of it sounds when you’re the one it’s bouncing off of,”
The returning cast of Netflix's The Lincoln Lawyer will include Garcia-Rulfo as Mickey Haller, Becki Newton as Lorna, Jazz Raycole as Izzy, and Angus Sampson as Cisco. Neve Campbell, Krista Warner, and Elliott Gould will return as Maggie McPherson, Hayley Haller, and David “Legal” Siegel, respectively.
The Lincoln Lawyer returns on Netflix for its fourth season sometime in late 2025 or early 2026. You can stream the first three seasons of the show on Netflix.
