"Never heard of the show": Love Is Blind star Jordan reveals how he discovered and joined the experiment

Love Is Blind Season 9 star Jordan appeared on What's the Reality podcast episode published on October 15, 2025. Fans must know the host, AD, also happens to be a former contestant.

While discussing various things from his journey on the social experiment, Jordan opened up about how he joined the Netflix show.

He recalled going on a date, and he learned about Love Is Blind. Later, he told his friends about it, who suggested that he should sign up for the experiment. When AD asked Jordan about his journey and how he learned about the show, Jordan shared:

"I was actually on this random Tinder date, and this young lady brought it up in the first 20 minutes. And I was like, oh, it's kind of strange thing to bring up. So, you know, I had no social media. I had never heard of the show really, but I told my friends about it, and they're like, you totally got to apply."

A recently released What's the Reality podcast episode, hosted by AD, featured Love Is Blind Season 9 star Jordan. Fans must remember Jordan and Megan, as one of the engaged couples from the Netflix show.

During the podcast, AD asked Jordan about how it all started for him.

"So what made you decide to sign up for Love Is Blind?" asked AD.

In response, Jordan said that he was not a religious person. However, he felt that it was the universe that was putting him in a certain direction.

Love Is Blind star recalled an incident that resulted in him knowing about the Netflix show. It was his date who told him about the show, which Jordan later shared with his friends. They advised him that he should sign up.

AD asked Jordan whether he knew that it was a marriage show and whether he was ready for that. He responded that he knew it was a serious relationship show. He noted that he was ready for a committed relationship.

"I knew that was the direction it was going to take," added Jordan.

Sharing more about his experience on the show, Jordan noted that it was "odd" how everything just played out. At first, he thought that no one was going to see his application. To his surprise, he received a call back the next day.

"And little did I know what, you know, road it would take me down," shared Jordan.
