"Any TV series I've seen in my life" Shawn Levy hypes up the finale of Stranger Things Season 5

Shawn Levy is hyping up the season finale of Stranger Things Season 5, as he lists down two important things fans should know about the final season. The executive producer, who has been working on the show since it's very first season, spoke about how good thelast episodes are and how it will address an important, burning questions fans have about three characters.

Speaking to PEOPLE, Levy talked about the finale and said,

“A finale that's as good as any TV series finale I've seen in my life, and a resolution to the whole Jancy Stancy controversy/triangle. I guess there was this umbrella of bittersweet that sort of was across the whole shoot because we knew how special this was."

He is referring, of course, to the two biggst ships on the show, Nancy Wheeler and Steve Harrington (Natalia Dyer and Joe Keery) and Nancy and Jonathon Byers (Charlie Heaton). Fans have constantly wondered who Nancy will choose in the end, and the finale seems to be answering that question.

The producer also added,

"We knew that these connections are forever, but we knew it was coming to a close. And so that sort of smile with tears in your eyes, that feeling was very prevalent all year long.”

Stranger Things Season 5 marks the final chapter of one of Netflix’s biggest shows, closing out the story that began in Hawkins in 2016. The first volume already ended with Will Byers revealing himself to have psychic abilities as he is attacked by Vecna. As the last season, Stranger Things Season 5 is about endings. It resolves long-running mysteries, confronts the cost of survival, and allows its characters to step out of childhood forever.
