Jeffrey Randall Allen, the winner of the first ever Beast Games, hosted and organized by famous YouTuber Mr. Beast, won the prize money of $10 million in the final leg of the games.

Allen has two sons, and as mentioned by him on the show before, his youngest son, Lucas (7 years old), has a rare Creatine Transporter Deficiency disorder, which was diagnosed after his birth.

In a recent interview with People Magazine, Allen talked about how he is a proud volunteer board member of the Association for Creatine Deficiencies and will use the prize money to find treatments for CTD:

““My goal is to help my son, and that means, how do I make sure that he's taken care of in case mom and dad pass away? 'Cause right now he'd have to live with us forever. How do I make sure that his brother doesn't have to care for him as he ages? We look at how do we care for Lucas at home? And then how do we care for other Lucases around the world?”

He added:

“Winning $10 million is gonna help Lucas and kids like Lucas tremendously. And to actually fund a treatment, you need tens of millions of dollars. So I'm not gonna be able to do it alone. We need a ton of support, but it's a great start,”

More on Allen's relationship with his son and how Beast Games changed his life for good.

Beast Games Winner Plans to Use Prize Money for His Son's Treatment

Talking more about the organization, Allen said it is a parent-led organization aimed at finding treatments and research on CTD. Since the research and possible treatment would require a lot of investment, Allen will utilize the prize money to fund the organization (via People Magazine):

“The last thing we want to do is put the burden on an association that doesn't have the projects to fund. So our job is to help source these projects, whether they're academic or whether they're private. We want to invest into treatments that are gonna help Lucas and help kids like Lucas.”

Inspired by Netflix's Squid Game, Beast Games is the first game show to feature the largest number of contestants (2,000) and the biggest cash prize in history.

The finale aired on Amazon Prime Video on February 13, 2025, and Jeffrey Randall Allen became the first-ever winner after defeating Twana in the Russian Roulette round with luck and strategy.

Allen discovered Mr. Beast's YouTube channel through his son and saw the show as an opportunity to raise awareness about his son's condition.
