Hulu is not ready to let go of its most chaotic reality sensation, because The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has officially been renewed for twenty new episodes. That batch is expected to cover at least two seasons, with season 4 aiming for an early 2026 premiere. The platform has a habit of ordering large blocks of episodes for its unscripted hits, so this renewal mirrors the twenty episode order that ultimately stretched across seasons 2 and 3.
The cast remains stacked with familiar faces. Alongside Paul, the show features Demi Engemann, Jen Affleck, Jessi Draper, Layla Taylor, Mayci Neeley, Mikayla Matthews, Miranda Hope and Whitney Leavitt.
Producer Jeff Jenkins spoke to Deadline about the show's renewal and how they plan to go forward, as he stated,
“If the appetite from the subscribers on Hulu remains high for this franchise, then we’ll probably be shooting, chunks of 10 episodes, kind of quasi back-to-back, with that one- or two-month break in between. We’re very lucky to have an ensemble, like Jessi’s been carrying the ball in season [three] with her really intense divorce drama. Taylor Frankie Paul carried the ball in the season before that, so there’s always someone who’s got big story breaking.”
Behind the scenes, the show is produced by Jeff Jenkins Productions with 3BMG and Walt Disney Television Alternative. Executive producers for season 3 included Jeff Jenkins, Russell Jay Staglik, Andrea Metz, Elise Chung and Dan Cerny for Jeff Jenkins Productions, Ross Weintraub and Reinout Oerlemans for 3BMG and Georgia Berger, Lisa Filipelli and Danielle Pistotnik for Select Entertainment.
Season 4 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is expected to continue the emotional shake ups, high stakes relationships and ongoing battles over truth that have made the series a standout in Hulu’s reality slate.
More details about The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has quickly grown into one of Hulu's most popular reality shows, bringing viewers into the world of a grouo if Utah based influencers who call themselves Momtok. The series follows their lives as they juggle their lives, motherhood, their online presence and other things, making it an enjoyable watch for those interested in reality TV. So far the show has had three seasons, and the renewal of a fourth season proves that it's popularity has remained constant across the years.
The story behind the show started long before the cameras rolled. Back in 2022, Taylor Frankie Paul, one of Utah’s biggest influencers, went viral after revealing that she and her husband had been involved in soft swinging with other Mormon couples. The internet exploded, the Momtok community fell under intense scrutiny, and suddenly the private lives of these creators became public theatre. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives picks up months after that revelation as Taylor and her friends attempt to move forward while still living in the shadow of the scandal.
The first three seasons of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives are available to stream on Hulu.
