In a short reel, he shed light on the importance of listening to the market and how that can be used to create solutions that are not only marketable but also sell themselves. He further talks about how no matter how many years you have been in the industry, you always have to observe, listen, and then act to grow a successful business.

"People ask me all the time if I wasn't in finance generally business, what would I be doing? What I'm always doing! I'm listening to the market. Listening to the market. You get it?"

He says as he moves closer to a gramophone to increase the effect of the word 'listening.'

He further established the foundation of his success, which is understanding the market. He dives deeper into his process. Shark Tank legend reveals how pain points are opportunities in disguise and how he tries to identify the problems in the market and then use this opportunity to create a marketable solution.

"You have to listen to the market because I'm a salesman. I sell stuff. So I'm looking for pain points, problems people are having, finding solutions, and marketing and selling them."

That's what I'm still doing right now. That's what I'm doing all the time. Of course! I have to finance and that's why I'm in finance, but always be listening. Listen! Listen! Shut up and listen!"

He then makes it clear that the process never stops. Even after being a successful entrepreneur, O'Leary ensures he is in tune with the market. Concluding the video, he again recalls his advice: stop talking and listen to what the market has to tell you.
