According to an exclusive report by Deadline, Sons of Anarchy star Niko Nicotera has been added to the cast of Mayor of Kingstown Season 4. The new season is scheduled to release on Paramount+ on October 26, 2025.
Mayor of Kingstown, created by Yellowstone fame Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon, debuted in November 2021 and is set in the fictional town of Kingstown, Michigan, where incarceration is the only business. The McLusky family members are the forerunners of Kingstown, who uphold peace by mediating between street gangs, prisons, and guards.
Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 will continue to explore similar themes of corruption, mental illness, violence, and systemic racism. Jeremy Renner leads the show's cast as Michael 'Mike' McLusky, who took over the business after the death of his older brother, Mitch.

Niko Nicotera joins Mayor of Kingstown Season 4
Actor Niko Nicotera will be seen in the upcoming season of Mayor of Kingstown in a recurring role. His character is being kept under wraps for now. The Sons of Anarchy actor is being kept busy for the 2025-26 season.
In addition to this Taylor Sheridan show, Niko Nicotera will also reprise his character of Rob in CBS's Matlock in Season 2. Moreover, the actor is a part of the impressive ensemble cast of Christopher Nolan's upcoming and highly anticipated movie The Odyssey.
The German-born American actor is most famously known for FX's action crime series Sons of Anarchy, where he played the character of George 'Rat Boy' Skogstrom. He also had a recurring role on NBC's crime comedy series Good Girls. Additionally, Niko Nicotera has appeared in shows like The Rookie, Criminal Minds, NCIS, and Gotham.
On the big screen, Nicotera has appeared in films including Let Me Make You a Martyr, Some Guy Who Kills People, and The Purge: Anarchy.
In addition to Niko Nicotera, Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 also added The Sopranos alum Edie Falco to its cast. The actress will play the character of Nina, the new warden of the Anchor Bay prison. The Walking Dead star Lennie James and No Hard Feelings star Laura Benanti will also appear in the upcoming season.
The newly added cast members will join returning stars for Mayor of Kingstown Season 4, including Renner, Hugh Dillon as Ian Ferguson, Tobi Bamtefa as Bunny Washington, Taylor Handley as Kyle McLusky, and Hamish Allan-Headley as Robert.
