After a long wait, Netflix has revealed the official poster for Bridgerton season 4, which features Australian actress Yerin Ha as Lady in Silver, the new lead in this Regency-era romance drama. The show, based on Julia Quinn's eponymous book series, has offered fans of romance and period dramas plenty to swoon over.
Bridgerton season 4 will stay true to this tradition as it casts two young stars as two lovers fated to cross paths. It will follow Benedict Bridgerton, the protagonist of the third chapter from Quinn's novels.
Luke Thompson will return to play this part and will fall in love with Sophie Baek, who has been described as the "Lady in Silver." That is why the newly released poster for the fourth season feels appropriate.
Netflix reveals a poster of Bridgerton Season 4 featuring Sophie Baek
The poster for Bridgerton season 4 shows Sophie Baek standing on a balcony, while holding her mask in her hand. It seems to be the same mask she was wearing in the sneak peek teaser that the streamer shared in May 2025, where Benedict notices her at a masquerade ball as the Lady in Silver, standing at a distance among the crowd.
Netflix shared a poster where Sophie wears a silver dress, but even this time, we don't see her face. It comes with a caption that reads:
"One thing is certain, gentle readers, a masquerade is like no other event. Prepare yourselves, for anything can happen."
Bridgerton season 4 showrunner, Jess Brownell, previously shared some details about this season and how it would follow Benedict and Sophie's dreamy romance.
Here's what she said, as per Collider:
"Every season we try to look at a different trope within the romantic world, and this year it's all about forbidden love. That class clash gives us a very serious obstacle, and the stakes could not be higher this year, so it's really a juicy one."
Brownell further spoke on how the new season deviates from its earlier ones in its approach to storytelling:
"I feel like we've spent the first three seasons really digging into the upstairs world and getting to know the rules of the ton and so it felt right that after three seasons of doing that we get to expand the world out and go downstairs and broaden our world and also because you are now so familiar with the upstairs I think viewers know just how difficult a pairing between a gentleman and a maid will be, they're right there with us."
Bridgerton season 4 hasn't received an official release date, but Netflix confirms that it "shall debut in 2026."
