Paramount has officially greenlit the Discretion series, starring Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning

Paramount+ has officially committed to a straight-to-series order for Discretion, an eight-episode legal thriller series headlined by Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning. The series is produced by A24 and is based on Chandler Baker's forthcoming novel. It represents one of the first original shows produced under Paramount's new streaming executives, Cindy Holland and Jane Wiseman.

Filmed in a high-end Dallas law firm, Discretion delves into power, secrecy, and moral complexity through the eyes of ambitious attorneys who are grappling with ethical conflicts. Whisper Network bestselling author Chandler Baker executive produces and writes, and Oscar nominee Susannah Grant (Erin Brockovich, Unbelievable) is an executive producer. Per Saari, Dakota Fanning, Brittany Kahan Ward, Joe Hipps, and Jordan Cerf are other executive producers, with A24 on production.
