Gia Giudice is clearing the air about rumors that she was fired from Bravo.

The reality star, 24, is most known for her role on The Real Housewives of New Jersey alongside her mom, Teresa Giudice. Now, she is part of the network's Next Gen NYC, with her mom even making guest appearances.

As of late, Gia Giudice has been at the center of a rumor that she got fired from the show following an alleged cheating scandal at college. However, as seen in a video shared on X, she has since refuted the claims:

“Also, I feel like I need to low-key address this, but not really because it’s so dumb,” she said. “But no, I’m not fired from Bravo. And that cheating scandal is just not true. That never happened. I also graduated two years ago, and this story came out like two weeks ago. So you know the math is not just mathing. People are just bored. They don’t have anything better to do, or say, or post.”

She concluded, sarcastically,

“But no, sadly, guys, I’m still on Bravo. Sorry to break your hearts.”

The clip was taken from Gia Giudice's Thursday, June 26 episode of her podcast, Casual Chaos.

“I feel like something big that has been talked about so much is one, me being fired from Bravo and two, me having this crazy Rutgers plagiarism scandal,” she began her segment, adding that there never was any cheating scandal. “I know that is a shock, a heartbreak to all of you,” but insisted it was the truth. I’m actually going to a red carpet tonight with Amazon Prime for a movie premiere that Bravo invited me to. So very in the loop with Bravo.”

She also called the Bravo network amazing, adding,

“They are the network that I work for. I don’t even know how that rumor transpired. Very weird.”

Gia Giudice, who graduated from Rutgers University, according to US Weekly, reiterated that she never plagiarized at her college and that she graduated “two years ago with all my chords, my diploma. I moved my tassel to the other side.”

“If I was involved in some crazy plagiarism scandal, one, I would’ve failed the class. Two, I probably wouldn’t have graduated,” Gia explained. “Rutgers takes cheating and plagiarism very seriously.” She said that this rumor was “again, just another clickbait, people using my name for storylines.”

She also revealed that she seldom lets the hate or noise get to her, adding that she typically blocks it all out. Andy Cohen, the producer of Real Housewives, also jumped to Gia Giudice's defense during the Monday, June 23, episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live:

“I am not a producer of Next Gen NYC. This is the first I am hearing of any discord surrounding Gia,” Cohen, 57, said. “And I certainly only have positive feelings for Gia and her mom, Teresa, the OG of New Jersey.”

As for how she ended up as one of the breakout stars of the show. Gia Giudice credited Brooks Marks with handing her an invitation. “Brooks brought me the opportunity,” she told Parade recently.

“My family was already in the public eye, but I just took this as an avenue for me to show myself outside of the Real Housewives.”

The new spinoff chronicles the lives of a group of young adults navigating their lives in the Big Apple, i.e., New York City. Other prolific stars include Ariana Biermann and Riley Burruss, the children of the Housewives.

“Everything is real, all of our actions, all of our words. Everything is really real,” she said of the show.
