Brittany Renner is slamming her Basketball Wives co-star Jackie Christie for her relationship with her daughter, Chantel Christie.

In footage circulating online, Christie can be seen clashing with Brittany Renner during Evelyn Lozada's birthday trip. When the latter asked her how many drinks she had, she retorted:

“I had this water, baby. How many have you had under your hijab?”

An offended Brittany questioned her need to bring her hijab up, to which Jackie shot back:

“I’m saying what I’m ******* saying. That’s what I’m doing.”

When Britany told Jackie that she had better ease herself with the drinking, Jackie Christie threatened her:

“Girl, you better sit your little *** down. I’m not the one, *****.”

Britany Renner then took shots at Jackie's motherhood:

“Actually, you should be a mother to your daughter.” She added, “Not standing up for your daughter when every person here is head first behind your ************* kid but you! Be a ******* mother, *****!”

Brittany Renner later took to her Instagram to slam her co-star, as she shared a snapshot of them fighting and captioned it:

"Had the nerve to threaten me with a good time and didn't follow through. Disappointed in you, large lady!"

For the unversed, Jackie and Chantel's relationship has long been tumultuous, with the latter shifting back to LA so she could mend their bond. She also wanted to focus on her son's modeling career.

In other news, however, the former reality television star, who shares a son with P.J. Washington, announced her split from her husband, Kevin Gates, after 52 days of being married. During a recent appearance on REAL 92.3 LA, Brittany Renner reflected on her failed marriage with the rapper:

Brittany Renner said, "We got married April 6 and divorced May 28. But there is a 90-day waiting period in Islam where it's basically—you have 90 days to see if you're pregnant, then he would be responsible. And then also in those 90 days it's for reconciliation." She added, "What I also will add is that I followed my heart. And that's more than anyone can say in this world. I don't think anybody gets married to not stay married. So, I think my biggest thing for me is just a nice 90 day reset."

The 33-year-old social media influencer was later spotted solo at the 2025 BET Awards two days later. Having recently converted to Islam, she was spotted wearing a brown khimar and a modest rose-hued dress with black and gold accents. She paired the look with a gold belt.

In her interview, she told fans that while her marriage may have ended, “all is well," and it wasn't such a "sucky situation because what is meant to be is always going to be."

“I followed my heart and that’s what more than most people can say, and I think when you do that, you get all the clarity you need and there’s no stone left unturned and there's no regret,” said Brittany Renner. “A lot of people, their issue is, even just in dating, in marriage, it’s people just don’t give it their all,” she added.

Brittany Renner said that she felt like she was "at peace with whatever happens because I gave 100 percent.”

Her former husband was also present at the event, where he spoke to REVOLT about his divorce. When probed about what he's looking for in his next partner, he shared:

“I’m going to just love myself and keep going!”

As for what he loves the most about himself, the answer is: “Everything.”

“People who have seen me have seen God,” he quipped. “One of my best traits, honestly, is being myself... just being Kevin Gates. What you see is what you get with me.”

Just last month, Brittany Renner spoke to People Magazine about how Gates was her soulmate. Speaking exclusively with the outlet at the season 12 premiere of Basketball Wives, she said:

"Islam has made my life better in every single category. And like my husband says, the closer you get to God, the more you get. And literally in every category of my life. I mean, dreams happen. It is been really beautiful. It's changed my life. It's for the better."

When asked how she knew her then-partner was "the one," she said that it was "hard to describe," but his name echoed in "every chamber of my heart."

"All I can say is, is that I'm with the person that I quite literally dreamed of," she continued. "And to be able to just wake up next to him and spend time with him, even to have him here behind me, it's like so surreal. He's just the most beautiful person inside and out that I've ever met."

At the time, they were still figuring out their future, but Brittany Renner said that their top priority was to live in the moment.

"I think that's where people get a little lost," she shared. "Like, we gotta stay present and I feel like when we get too far ahead, we don't live in the now and have fun in the now and pour in each other into each other in the now." "The little things really add up. So the future? It's no concern of mine," she added.
