Love is Blind: Germany's finale episode aired on Netflix on January 17, 2025. The segment featured wedding ceremonies between the engaged couples. The social experiment saw three wedding ceremonies, including:

  • Ilias and Alina,
  • Hanni and Daniel,
  • Sally and Medina.

Fans must remember how Sally and Medina left the social experiment mid-way after their first reveal. Later, the two decided to resume their journey on the show. They were one of the couples who appeared at the wedding ceremonies.

However, Love is Blind: Germany stars Sally and Medina mutually agreed not to get married in the social experiment. While at the altar, Sally discussed the importance of getting married and wanted to give a "fighting chance."

Seeing how both the cast members agreed not to get married, fans called out Sally and Medina via social media platform X.

A fan wrote on X:

"There was actually no real reason for sally and Medina to come back to the experiment. They could've just dated outside of the show to see if they were compatible #loveisblind #loveisblindgermany."

Another fan mentioned:

"Why would Sally and Medina do this? #loveisblindgermany."

A netizen reacted to the couple's speeches at the altar:

"#loveisblindgermany #spoilers Sally and Medina made me cry with their speeches and afterwards."

Another fan commented:

"Sally needs to work on herself before she can be with anyone. She's too insecure. And expects Medina to just do as she says #loveisblindgermany."

A user reacted to Sally:

"I am so proud of Sally for leaving the experiment the minute she knew something was wrong. She practiced discernment and handled it. That man was laughing at her face when she told him it made her feel insecure. Somehow he expected her to stay? #loveisblindgermany."

A person wrote about Sally saying "no" again:

"Sally saying no again is so funny #loveisblindgermany."

One more fan wrote on the platform:

"Sally look beautiful sha. I defo think her and medina want to at least do pre marital counselling before saying yes #loveisblindgermany."

A netizen mentioned how everyone, including cast members' families get through everything for the ceremonies, and wrote:

"I really don't get why these people put their families through a farce. Look at how emotional Medina's mother was. Sally & Medina both knew they wouldn't say yes & still dragged their families to the altar. #LoveisBlindGermany."

A person wrote on X:

"Sally is a real Biaatch !!!! She throws all her hang-ups at the guy and asks him to make lots of compromises and it's only one way! #loveisblindgermany."

Love is Blind: Germany Finale - Sally and Medina's wedding ceremony

The ninth episode of Love is Blind: Germany featured Sally and Medina's wedding ceremony, which resulted in a mutually agreed "no."

While sharing his feelings with Sally, Love is Blind: Germany star Medina expressed himself at the altar:

"In all of my life, I would never have dared dream that I'd stand here with such an incredibly beautiful woman at my side. In my experience, I always believed that I was a cold type of person, unapproachable and unreceptive to love. And then...you came along. Um, with your loving, caring and charming nature, you managed to break down the walls I had put up to protect my heart for so long."

Later on, when the wedding officiant asked for the final answer, Sally revealed:

"Medina, as much as I would like to...I can't today. I know how important marriage is and I'd like to give us a fighting chance...."

Seeing her getting emotional, Medina jumped in and continued:

"As much as we both would have loved to...say yes today...and as important as marriage is, and...I know we both only want to do it one time. And properly. But this is only the end of the experiment."

Love is Blind: Germany star Medina mentioned that it was "not the end" for themselves. Seeing both agreeing, guests applauded the couple. However, fans of the reality show slammed them for not getting married after re-entering the social experiment on Netflix.

To witness everything that happened between Medina and Sally, fans can stream Love is Blind: Germany on Netflix.
