Nobody Wants This Season 2 will drop on October 23, 2025, on Netflix. The whole season has 10 episodes, and each one of them is 30 minutes long.

The series follows romantic comedy stories of Joanne, an agnostic podcast host played by Kristen Bell, and Noah Roklov, a kindhearted rabbi, portrayed by Adam Brody. The show takes place in LA and deals with their strange love affair, emphasizing how hard it is to mix their opposite lives and values, mainly concerning faith and cultural identity.

Nobody Wants This Season 2 will pick up right after the dramatic tie of the last episode in Season 1. It gets deeper into Joanne and Noah's relationship as the two wrestle with the intricacies of combining their worlds and, at the same time, confronting family issues and growing individually.

Season 2 brings in new guest stars, develops the currently existing relationships, and keeps the same humor and warmth of the show. Most importantly, Leighton Meester, who won many hearts through her character Blair in Gossip Girl, will be the new addition to the team as Abby, who is the middle school enemy of Joanne, turned Instagram mommy influencer.

Nobody Wants This Season 1 made a splash and introduced a non-traditional romantic comedy. The lead characters were an outspoken agnostic podcast hostess named Joanne and a warm-hearted rabbi named Noah Roklov.

The season showed a fantastical romance between those individuals who live in completely different worlds. Their relationship had funny snaps and soft moments due to their differences in faith, culture, and personal values.

The most important storylines were the growing love between Joanne and Noah, the complicated relations of Joanne's sister Morgan, and the interactions of the Roklov family members who provided both humor and depth. Season 1 came to an emotionally charged finale, and fans were already craving the next one.

Nobody Wants This Season 2 will not only stick to the basic principles of Season 1 but also go further in portraying the character saga and their interactions through the series' cleverly balanced way of juggling laughter and heartbreaking moments.

Joanne and Noah’s relationship will probably be put through new tests as they come up with ways of living together, especially when it comes to their different viewpoints and their families' demands.

The addition of a new character, such as Abby, who will be portrayed by Leighton Meester, opens up new paths for conflict and humor. Morgan’s plot will be an amalgam of her feelings about Joanne's relationship and her own development.

Apart from the regulars, Nobody Wants This Season 2 is anticipated to sprinkle more comedy than ever through the guest appearances of Seth Rogen and Kate Berlant, who would also contribute to the emotional depth of the series.

The creators will continue their warm and witty way of handling the said themes of love, faith, identity, and modern relationships, thus making the series very much appealing to both the old fans and the new ones.
