It was Season 1, which premiered in 2024, that captured the attention of the audience and made it a fan-favorite show. While appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Brody was asked about the intense first kiss scene between his character and Bell's character in Season 1. It is one of the most heartwarming and fan-favorite moments from the series.

Fallon asked Brody about filming the sequence, to which Brody replied that he did not remember much about the scene and said:

"Honestly, not much really."

More on this in our story.

Nobody Wants This: Adam Brody's comments on filming the first kiss scene in Season 1

Nobody Wants This Season 1 captured the hearts of many fans by depicting an organic love story between the polar opposite characters. Joanne and Noah hit it off the first time they met each other. However, it was Episode 2 that captured everyone's attention with the characters' first kiss.

Initially, Joanne and Noah thought that they were okay with being friends and that a relationship between the duo might not work. However, it was evident with the undeniable chemistry between the duo that their relationship would become more and with that passionate kiss in Nobody Wants This Season 1, Episode 2, they were better together.

While talking to Jimmy Fallon on his late-night talk show, Brody revealed that he didn't actually remember much about filming the scene.

To add to his previous comment, he said:

"I mean, it does say something hyperbolic in the description, like, it's the, you know, the best kiss of all time or atleast the best kiss of their lives. But, that said, you know, we're filming it. We have an hour to shoot it. Who knows if it'll ever be seen? So no pressure. Just take your time. "

Before the first kiss scene, Joanna jokes about how she is surprised that they have never kissed, but Noah corrects her and says that they have not kissed yet, giving the audience hope that there is a possibility of a kiss. Later, after the dinner together, Joanne suggests that they give a goodbye kiss to each other, Noah agrees, and we got one of the most passionate kisses in a rom-com TV show in recent times.

However, Brody shared that he did not particularly remember filming it, as while shooting, it was just like any other scene where they were not sure if it would be kept in the show or edited out. However, there is no denying that the chemistry between Bell and Brody made the scene even more memorable for the fans, who think that it was one of the 'most passionate kiss in TV history.'

Along with Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, Nobody Wants This also stars Jackie Tohn, Justine Lupe, and Timothy Simons.
