While Maxine is trying to find out more information, Evelyn is making it harder for Maxine to enter the Palm Royale after her last feud with her, in which Maxine was blamed for the frozen assets.On the other hand, Maxine gets a worried call from Evelyn about the bugged house, thanks to Virginia. They later meet at Ceil's, where Maxine requests that Evelyn let her enter the club, explaining the whole thing with Pinky. Maxine says Pinky can be reached through tax trouble.While talking to Evelyn, Pinky tells her that he wants cash from the Palm's profits. Not to forget, Pinky is hell-bent on being the godfather, as he tells Doug, which Mitzi doesn't like at all. Maxine sneaks off to find Evelyn with the help of her twin sister. Later, Mirabelle gets cornered by Douglas, who complains about the mess and his lost love. Mirabelle hints at a plan, not revealing much, only to be overheard by Raquel, which leads to a fight. On the other hand, Robert receives a file from Tom on Mirabelle, which implies that she's a scammer.Douglas distracts Pinky to help Maxine find the ledger, as Evelyn and Maxine both think Norma is out for taking her revenge.
