Paradoxes is a series that follows Roman, a depressed journalist portrayed by Xavier Lacaille. He goes to a forest to cover a rare oak species to write an article for Bois Magazine. His mere mission, however, assumes a turn that is bizarre. He slips into a swelling quantum anomaly that has been engineered by an overexcited scientist by the name of Lea. She is played by Zita Hanrot. Lea encounters something strange as soon as she sets foot in this other dimension.

The inside of this weird world portrays the disturbed mind of Roman. It is a surreal psychological atmosphere in which phobias and imagination are combined with childhood recollections and scary ideas. The therapist of Roman, a military man, played by Nora Hamzawi, attempts to mediate the ensuing mayhem.

Who stars in Paradoxes?

It is a well-balanced series with a star-studded crew of emerging French actors. The troubled journalist is Roman, who gets to play the lead part by Xavier Lacaille of Parlement (2020). Check out Xavier's description of his former TV series, Parlement, on Instagram,

Lea, the excited scientist, is played by Zita Hanrot, who is known for the Hook Up Plan (2018-2022). The Irma Vep star, Nora Hamzawi, is the atypical therapist of Roman. Oussama Kheddam of Mes premieres vacations also comes onto the scene. Polo-Ackermann told Variety,

How does Paradoxes use AI?

Paradoxes is built on an advanced visual pipeline, combining classic filmmaking with state-of-the-art generative AI. The scenes in the actual world are captured as they are, with the actors at the real place. Nevertheless, generative AI technology is used to create the scenes within the inner psyche of Roman, or the zone. The complicated changing sequences of the real world and the mental world needed several methods.

These are green screen arrangements, 3D mapping, and motion capture. Zandrowicz was inspired by such filmmakers as Michel Gondry, Spike Jonze, and Charlie Kaufman. The series is the first full-length original live-action series of Atlas V, which has been making acclaimed VR content over the years.
