Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 is scheduled to premiere on December 10, 2025, but the critics' ratings are already here. The show follows the events of the novel series Percy Jackson and the Olympians by Rick Riordan, and while Season 1 adapted the first book, Season 2 will be adapting Sea of Monsters. It will follow Percy, Annabeth, Clarisse and Tyson as they head into the sea of monsters to find the golden fleece and rescue Grover.

Season 2 is yet to be released for viewers, but critics who have early access to the season have apparently loved it at given it a perfect Rotten Tomatoes score.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 gets a perfect Rotten Tomatoes score

Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 1, which was released in 2023, currently has a Rotten Tomatoes score of 91% on the Tomatometer, which is quite a high score for a show's season to hold on to, two years after release. The first season has a slightly lower score on the Popcornmeter, which currently stands at 79%. Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2, however, has done better than its first season, as far as critics' ratings are concerned.

At the time of writing this article, Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 has a Rotten Tomatoes score of 100% on the Tomatometer. This score is, however, based on only 6 reviews, and thus might decrease after more reviews come in. An even bigger judge of whether Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 will be a success or not will be the Popcornmeter score once Season 2 episodes are released.
