Percy Jackson & The Olympians Season 2 star Walker Scobell expressed his interest in adapting the Heroes of Olympus booksAs mentioned, in an interview with ScreenRant, Percy Jackson & The Olympians star Walker Scobell expressed his interest in adapting the Heroes of Olympus books as well.“I’d love to keep going. If we do Heroes of Olympus, I think that'd be awesome. I just really want to make something out of this for everyone. Percy matters so much to me, and he matters so much to so many people, and I feel like the goal is just to show people how, not how great it is, but lean into Rick's intended purpose for making it.”This suggests that he wants the show to continue the universe beyond the original five books, exploring the next generation of demigod adventure. On the other hand, Samhadri added that he could actually see the show's future as directing and producing Season 4 or 5. He also added that if season 5 happens, it should be split into two parts."I think it's a realistic thing by season 4 or maybe 5. I want them to split season 5 into two parts. If we could be in the writer's room or be producers [by then], I think that would be awesome,” said Samhadri. Therefore, we can say that, given the actor's statements, the cast is already invested in the show for the long term and wants to see a bright future. They are also up to be part of the show, not just as a performer but also as a writer or director. I've been involved with all the [season 3] scripts as well, and it hugs pretty closely to The Titan’s Curse book. If fans have read the books, I think they will be pleased, and we have some surprises. But yes, we're building toward the same moment."Lastly, the actor added that he is living his day being in the present and will continue to do the same.
