The show's soundtrack is composed and curated by Dave Porter, who has previously worked on Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Of the soundtrack, he says,

“I’ve been so fortunate to collaborate with Vince Gilligan on all of his incredible projects, but Pluribus is special in that it is the first time since the pilot of Breaking Bad that we’ve had the opportunity to create an entirely new world to explore. For me, this was an exciting chance to take all that we have learned working together down to the studs and create an entirely new musical landscape that is uniquely Pluribus.”

Vince Gilligan is stepping back into sci fi like he never left, and honestly, the energy is wild. Three decades after cutting his teeth on The X Files, the creator behind Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul is teaming up with Apple TV+ for Pluribus. The platform trusted the vision so much they locked in two seasons immediately, and the nine episode first run lands on November 7.

Rhea Seehorn leads the cast as Carol, making this a reunion fans of Better Call Saul will appreciate immediately. She’s joined by Karolina Wydra as Zosia, one of the Others who becomes Carol’s guide, and Carlos Manuel Vesga as Manousos Oviedo, a Paraguayan storage manager who is also immune and wants nothing to do with any of it. Miriam Shor appears as Helen L. Umstead, Carol’s public manager and private partner, while Samba Schutte plays Koumba Diabaté, another immune survivor who chooses a hedonistic lifestyle after the world transforms. Peter Bergman shows up as Davis Taffler, a government figure who communicates with Carol.

Pluribus is streaming on Apple TV.
